Good Jacket

Comfortable and warm. If you want a little extra room, take the liner out or buy one size larger as this jacket was pretty exact on size. On my sportbike it tends to bunch up at the back of my full-face helmet, but it's pretty minor. I don't always notice it and might not happen with all riders.

Nice Jacket

Ive had the Transition 2 for 7 years, the zipper is starting to stick when I unzip it. When I saw that the Transition 3 came out with HI-Vis yellow I decided to buy one, I was expecting the 3 to fit like the 2. To my surprise it fits a little tighter and the zipper sticks trying to zip it up. The fit difference might be that I have the shoulder armor and the back plate out of the 2, not sure. Other than the fit difference I like them both.

great jacket

Jacket is warm in 40 degree weather, with a t-shirt and lightweight fleece. Rode in light rain today, stayed dry. Have the hi-vis version, and I feel alot more visible. Blocks wind really well. My only complaint is the fleece vest. It has nothing to hold the bottom down so it bunches up around my back and arms when I put the jacket on. I just removed it, problem solved. Like I said, still warm at 40 degrees. Not warm enough for mesh jacket yet, but had the alter ego jacket, loved the mesh option for summer. I wear a large shirt etc, got jacket in large, fits great.

Don't waste your money

If they have the balls to charge the amount of money they are asking for this jacket, they damn well better figure out how to produce it better. Don't get me wrong, it's gorgeous. However, if you ride from bar to bar and don't actually spend hundreds of miles on your bike than this is your poser coat. Out of the box it lacks the attention to detail that a supposed famed motorcycle builder should have to produce a reliable product. I got the jacket through Motorcycle Superstore after a conversation with a Roland Sands representative. She told me the jacket was out of stock and that it was mass produced and I would be able to find it through other avenues. She was right on both parts. I found it in other markets and its quality showed that it was mass produced with little regard for quality. Torn pocket interiors, missing buttons made this the biggest purchase mistake in 2014. If this piece had proven a good investment, I was immediately going to turn around and purchase at least one more piece this season; may be more. Subsequently, I am sending it back. I have ordered and loved many high quality custom leather jackets from other small producers around the country with the highest quality for less cost. Mr. Sands has over extended himself and if he sells motorcycles with the same hap hazard intent as his gear, his fall will be as fast as his rise!

VERY NICE!

I bought this jacket expecting great things based on the other reviews I had read and I am not disappointed at all! Great fit and function and gives a real feeling of safety with built in armor. Rode home in 35 degrees F and wind with just a tshirt on under and was not cold. For the price you cannot go wrong. Only complaint I have is the pockets are not attached inside so when I take out my gloves the pockets turn out. Not a deal breaker but worth noting in my opinion.

white stinger jacket is awesome!

This jacket fits so perfect and looks so nice. I get compliments from everywhere and people ask where I got it and how much it was. When I tell them the price they are amazed. Thank you Superstore.
