Work Great

Work great on my Softail standard. They keep the bags away from moving parts well and look good. The hardest part about the install is removing the dumbass stock bolts with the goofy ass heads that Harley chooses to use on its motorcycles.

Great Bargin

These brackets fit exactly as advertised! I recommend them to anyone interested in a well built product for a very good price. It only took a few minutes to install. They look great on my bike and serve their purpose very well.

Chrome Saddlebag Support Brackets

Simply said, they work. Easy to install and function as described. (Make sure you have Torx [T-50 at least] drivers for the bike's shock attachment)

They are nice, they fit on my bike just right. They were easy to install with the furnished hard wear and the instruction sheet. Took less than an hour. Look good with my saddle bags and the price was right.

a nice bracket, but intallation can be tricky...

The brackets look good, and fit my Sportster well with the Fox Creek saddlebags I have. Two installation issues; first, since you have to remove the top bolt from the shocks, you'll need a motorcycle lift to take the pressure off the shocks for ease of removal. Second, if you have the detachable brackets for a sissy bar, the provided bolts are not long enough. Finding a suitable replacement bolt at 4 1/2" required locating a specialized nut and bolt store.

Fits great/Looks good

The support brackets look good even without bags on them. I was worried that they may deter from my HD's look when I didn't have my bags on but not the case. They were fairly easy to mount. I did have to jack my bike up and release some of the tension on the shocks but it still only took about 30 minutes to attach both brackets.

Good product!

Fast service, thanks. They installed easily. I did have to buy a 5/16th x 3.5" bolt because I have the HD detachable sissy bar/back rest. The supplied bolt was just a bit too short. However, the shock remounted easily with the supplied bolt. Good, easy to follow directions. It was nice not having to relocate the signal lights.

Excellent product

After reading the reviews I was glad when I got them to find that the installation on my 1997 Sporty was easier than expected. Didn't have to jack the bike up. They were on in an easy half hour.
