Looks Good

I have a 2013 KLR 650 and it looks good on the bike. It is big enough for a two day trip for me. It was a little tricky to strap on at first, but after some trial and error it became simple. It seems to be of good quality, but I did have a problem with a zipper. Since then, the teeth have lined back up and I am no longer having any problems.

ZX14R owner..wish they had green

Bought a black one (and a green Bikemaster). I like the plastic hooks and 2" squares. On my bike unfortunately the body work is too large to comfortably use them. I won't fault the net for this, they are the size they are and overall the net seems well made. I'm using the green Bikemaster without any hooks and just wrapping it around the passenger seat area.

ZX14R owners ...

Bought green for my 2013 ZX14R. Color is nice and looks good on the bike. The ZX14R doesn't have anywhere to set the hooks. The stretch to frame parts is too far for this size of cargo net. I removed the hooks and wrapped the net around the passenger seat area. This works well, but does limit the cargo the net can hold. It would never hold a helmet, but is great for small items like lunch or gloves or very small packages.

Would buy this again

Mounted to horizontal frame tube that supports seat/fender on Triumph Bonneville. Wrapped one layer of Gorilla brand black tape (it’s thick) to protect paint and give the lock something to grip on. Used allen bolts so I can move or remove later. My seat covers the bolt’s access. The lock is mostly unseen in this location from a standing position. It does take both hands to set the lock but after several operations I find it’s no biggie.

You may get wet

I was a little hesitant to rate these saddle bags before actually using them. For the most part they are a great bag and tail-bag setup. They are spacious and easy to install. Their week point is the rain covers. They did not keep my gear dry and both saddlebag covers came unstitched flapping in the wind. I hope Moto Centric has a better option for the rain covers. It would be a shame to use these bags only in good weather.

Motocentric smart space tank bag

Great bag at a great price. One thing lacking is openings for cell and gps power. I had to cut openings that should have been done during manufacturing. Otherwise its a very well made bag.
