Cost Benefit

Good 4 Stock

This pipe was on my Kawasaki Mean Streak when the bike was stock and it worked ok, except for popping on decel, even with a tuner. I was hoping to use the pipe on the motor after it was built up but the collector (2 INTO 1) was too small for the build- bike couldn't breath. So for a stock mean streak it was ok, although I see it isn't offered for this bike anymore.

Cobra Tri Ovals

I put these on my 2012 Vulcan Voyager along with a Cobra FI2000 Pro Power. Immediately I noticed an increase in power but my fuel mileage also dropped several mpg. Not unexpected with performance equipment. They sound great when cruising or accelerating but somewhat tinny at idle. When backing off the throttle sometimes there is a loud popping noise somewhat like back firing. I've put my stock pipes back on for the time being.

best sound for buck

Looking for the best sound for your money? Buy these! Easy install. Fit doesn't seem to line up as straight as OEM's but it's still a great product. Put them on my 06' 883 and sounds like any Harley should- loud and low without that high crackle and seems to run better with them.

Crushers with Trident Tips

I replaced the stock mufflers on my 2011 Ultra Classic with the Crusher mufflers. These are definitely louder than the stock ones but not by a lot. They have a really nice low deep rumble at idle but are not quite as loud as I had hoped for at higher rpms. The trident tips are very distinctive and add to the impressive looks of the mufflers. There is an improvement in performance, not a huge difference but noticeable.
