Ok probably but poor fit on CRF250L

Instructions are cryptic & not well translated to English, but you will figure things out if you take your time. Dimensions were off far enough that some supplied "L" brackets had to be bent to work and shimmed with washers, & now body plastic does not fit as well as it should. Fuel vent line attachment does not seem like it will last long. Will likely work as promised, and I think it looks good, except for the body plastic lines being less perfect than they were and slight gaps near the seat. I decided not to send it back but I would try a different brand if starting over.

Works well on my CRF 450X

70 mile ride on this thing and had quarter tank left. Thank you IMS. Only complaint: my plastics were fighting me to fit on the tank

Good Product

Bought for my 13 R1, Great product. The bolts they provide are 5mmx25 and they should really be 5mmx30. Its a 50 cent fix from lowes. However the ones they provide will work with some weight on the gasket. The cap comes with a built in gasket so there is no need for the stock gasket. No venting problems. Glad I ignored the other review.

very disappointed

I have used this before. I forgot about how you have to keep pressure on it to get it to stay. after doing this and spending lots of time doing so, the edges continued to peel off. believe it or not they both blew off leaving the decal stickers only on the tank. At the end of the track day i was able to walk the track and found both pieces. plan on returning these. there has to be a better adhesive.

very poor quality

I recently purchased a 4 gal. tank for my 2013 honda xr650l and what I got was junk with several large blemishes on the side and front. I did not think it would hold fuel without leaking, so I returned it for exchange. To my dismay, the second one was even worst looking than the first. Clark knew of the problem but was trying to get rid of them anyway. I returned that one too and purchased an IMS tank which was perfect and about the same price.

Petcock

Would not fit my IMS tank, bolt holes would not line up. I only needed the filter screen so I removed it and installed it on my old Petcock.
