NICE BUT BULKY

When it says "half helmet" it literally means its half. I expected less padding maybe between an open face helmet padding and a skid plate helmet but it's almost as if they took a 3/4, open face helmet and cut it down to size. Bulky but nice look and well made. Glad I bought it but wish I knew it would be so big. Fit is true to size, I think. Small was expected and fits great. Can also remove the neck shield by a zipper for a nice look.

Great product

Shipping was fast and got it right when I needed it thank you great fit and love the visor and price although it does tend to push down on my head sometimes on the freeway other than that awesome love it.

Pretty Good For An Expensive Helmet

Got this one on a whim. It does ride high on your head. The matte black scratches really easily so be careful with it. The visor is nice and I flip it up and down over sunglasses but the mechanism is a little stiff. Haven't tried replacing the visor yet.

Sun visor pivots are weak, Good basic helmet

I've had this helmet for three years. It is good to put on quickly, I use it on my scooter for shorter trips. As with all helmets of this type, there's plenty of wind noise so if you take a longer trip, use earplugs. The sun visor is quite good but after three years of heavy use, the visor pivot failed on one side, just not enough material around the pivot opening. So I'm removing the broken visor and keeping it as a backup helmet in case I have a passenger. The insides can be removed and tossed into the washing machine to keep them clean. The chin strap is good and not too far forward. For a basic old fashioned helmet design it is OK. As with ALL of my helmets, I also wear protective shatter resistant glasses to keep debris out of my eyes at higher speeds. Never ride without a helmet.

U 378

Just received and went for a twenty minute ride to check out. The fit is snug but I think will be alright as I felt comfortable the whole time. Face shield works as it should and flip down sun shield did also. Wind noise is nominal so all good there also. Only thing is I really could tell the difference in the air flow with vent opened or closed. Maybe I will next ride. I am very happy with the quality and how everything functions and for the money you cant beat it.

Good Helmet

I have been looking for a Trials helmet for a while. All of these new helmets are so big, they feel like you are wearing a balloon on your head. This one is a LITTLE better. Fit is good, comfort is good. I would like to have more vents. Price was very good. It is a good compromise but would like less hard foam so the shell was not so big.
