My first Arai and have always been a Shoei guy. Fit is amazing, I never knew what I was missing. Plenty of room for my ears and the recessed speaker pockets promise to be comfortable on long rides. The external visor provides good relief without having to wear glasses. I thought it would be weird and clumsy but that is not the case. Be sure and lock it up by pushing back on both sides. It has not operated on its own as of yet. Air flow is as advertised, with all vents open I like the feel. Dont forget to install the pin lock shield! Temps have been in the 40's in the mornings and so far I have not a single fogging issue, great vision with a wider field of view than I am used to. Also, this helmet is lighter than my previous lid. Feels stable at highway speeds with minimal buffeting, even with the sun visor up. Glad I found this one, well worth the money and I think I will enjoy Arai for many years to come.

Never could afford one until now. Thanks superstore! Absolutely beautiful helmet, arrived on time and packaged well. Was floored at how beautiful it was when I pulled it out of box. Fits my eyeglasses great and even fits my bigger framed sunglasses.Totally happy!!!

Works just as advertised. So while I am a bit disappointed with Arai since this is the second time I had to order replacement ducts, if you need to do the same, these work perfectly. Now Arai needs to figure out why they keep coming off for their next helmet update (still like the Arai and certainly would include them on my list when it's time to update).

I've been riding sport bikes for over 40 years (yikes!). I've tried them all; Shoei, Bell (early years, yuk!), Nolan, HJC, AGV, etc. Arai simply makes the most comfortable, well-made helmet out there. The fit, finish, and functionality are exemplary. Someone mentioned they were surprised at the price (even though they still liked the helmet). I look at it this way, there is no price I can put on a traumatic brain injury. If you're lucky you'll get most of your cognitive functioning back (that's if you're wearing a helmet at all). Most of the time you won't ever have a complete recovery (I know, because I work with brain injured patients all the time, including those riding 'donor cycles'; i.e., no helmet). If you don't think your brain is worth $500+, then stay off your motorcycle and drive your age.

I the have a "long-oval" head and the Arai Profile/Signet Q series helmets are the only ones I have found to consistently fit my head. Any other brand I try I have to go to at least 2XL for the front-back fit, and then they are too big on sides and I look like a "Bubblehead" doll. I just checked recently and my current helmets were 5 and 11 years old respectively, with numerous dings, so I started looking at closeouts and deals. I really likes the graphics on this limited-edition model. I got an XL, and had to take the first thin layer off the cheek pads for a perfect fit. Came with a pinlock visor, which is nice. Typical great Arai finish. I'm good for another 5 years....

The dark smoke is perfect for the mountain rides when the sun is super bright. It also limits some glare.
