The sound is great on these units. Everything was good except functions. You can't listen to music and push a single button to talk on the intercom. You must first pause the music and switch to intercom then when completed switch back to music and unpause it. The passenger must have their own music source and can't listen to the same source as the rider.

I read the previous reviewer was having phone issues. The Uclear tech support explained how to align microphones to improve voice quality and the tips worked. Most people have no idea I'm on my bike when talking on the phone. The music quality is excellent.

There is a severe echo when the sets are used as rider/passenger service, bike to bike as the distance between the the sets increases the voice quality improves. Unless the echo issue is resolved the sets are going back.

I think the boomless factor is what hurts this product. Amazing speaker quality, I can hear my music and the voice of whomever is calling at speeds even up to 80+ mph. However, they can not hear me. Where the speaker goes, at least for my shoei, the padding absorbs my voice. This product could get 10 stars alone for speaker quality, shame I can't make a call. Going to look into alternate placements and see if it held..
