This is my second Sargent seat. Just as I experienced with the first this seat is well made and quite comfortable. In addition, it reduced the bike's height sufficiently to avoid installation of shorter suspension links (dog bones).

I got the low profile seat to help with secure flat footing - did the trick! I can ride for hours on this seat with absolutely no discomfort. Also, the wide seat is a safe place to set my helmet down when getting ready to ride. Stock seat is a recipe for dropping your helmet.

I am very happy with the seat. It is a bit wider than OEM seat so the standover does not pick up the full 1 7/8" of lowering for the "inseam challenged". It is still an excellent seat though and it widens as you go back to give you more support and seating area for long riding days.

I found that the seat is much more comfortable than the stock seat. The fit is as good as stock, and the appearance is also very good. I would recommend both this seat and MSS to anyone.

I got the lowered seat. So far several hundred miles it’s far more comfortable than the stock seat. I have not tested on a long trip yet. So far so good I highly recommend.

The shape of the seat is wider than the stock witch kept my feet from being able to touch the ground even with the low profile seat and I’m 6ft. tall. The padding was very hard and I was good for about 30 min. until the back and butt pain started to set in. Also the seat was a little wobbly. I returned the seat and put the OEM seat back on.

New bike after 10 years not riding. Old days I rode Corbins on BMWs. Corbin unresponsive to email inquiries re KLR seats, so gave Sargent a try. Very happy with seat. Arrived in short order, I've three 300+ mile days on it so far, as well as daily commutes, and from memory would rate it at least the equal of Corbin wrt comfort. Will have to see about long-term durability, although initial inspection revealed good workmanship. Would recommend.

Before I bought this seat i was content with the factory seat on my 50 min ride the work. But my first 2hr long ride did it for me. I highly recommend this seat to anyone. Unlike most aftermarket seats, this one didn't require to be broken in. I can ride multiple 7hr days with no problem now.
