This is the 2nd set on my DL 650, really like these tires and the price is right! Use ride-on tire sealant with no weights, smooth and lasts longer!

This tire came on my new super tenere and it's the first tire I've ever gotten on a new bike that I keep coming back to. It serves very well on wet or dry pavement, dirt, stone and rocky trails. I do about 80/20 on/off and find the tire very dependable and predictable. I'm not the least bit easy on my tires and I still get 7k out of these.

Third set of tires for my 2009 BMW R1200GS Adv. with 18k on the odometer. The BW502 was OEM. I found them to be a little squirrely on gravel roads at speeds much over 35 - 40. Tried the Anakee 2 and they were better but not $100 per set better. Front tire cupping becomes severe @ around 9000 miles so I replace them. This was also true with the Anakee 2. For the money, I'll stick with the Bridgestones.

Inasmuch as the Dunlop 607 is no more, I began shopping for a good street tire for the BMW GS. My rear was worn so I ordered the Bridgestone BW502 for the rear. So far, I'm very pleased with this tires performance. I have only a few miles on the tire so cannot comment on mileage but, based on the design and construction, I suspect this rear tire will go close to 10K miles if I don't abuse it. Motorcycle Superstore price is very good, the best I could find.

These tires are OEM for the Super tenere, and I have got to say I was surprised by how these performed over the course of my 9500 mile duration. They are great in wet weather, they are smooth and provide what I expect from a Bridgestone tire. Excellent value overall!

Battlewings have provided longer wearing, better handling tires for my BMW R1150GS than any other comparable tire. Will definitely buy again from Motorcycle Superstore!

20K+ miles and I'm on my third set on a DL650, pure freeway commuting. Gets a little flat in the center after 17K miles not aggressive riding, but best value for the money. I'll buy again.

Phenomenal tire for the price. Second only to the new Dunlop TR91's for ultimate dry road grip. (Which are incredible) The Dunlops are another $100 per set. The Battle Wing is very comparable to the older Dunlop 607's. Much better grip than the Metzler Torrance as an example. I would highly recommend the Battle Wings for all but the hardest core street racers. If you are not touching your pegs down through turns, the Battle Wings will be an excellent choice.

Great tire! I have ridden hours in downpours and the traction was great. I have about 3,000 miles on it and it seems to be holding up very well- much better than the OEM tire and Shinko 705's. I will purchase again.

A good tire .... for the pavement.

This tire is a good OEM replacement at a good price. Wet and dry traction are good, and contrary to other reviews, I have never run out of tread when cornering. This tire has a soft tread compound, but the mileage comes from the initial depth of tread. I got 8,500 miles out of this tire on a Suzuki DL650, which is about average. Don't expect much traction from this tire offroad, and they are somewhat unstable on gravel.
