Comfortable, Low-Profile Knee Protection

Comfortable, low-profile, and suitable to riders who want basic CE knee/shin protection worn inside their Kevlar riding jeans and riding boots for city riding. The inner padding is soft, and the knee cup contours naturally, allowing free joint movement without bulge or bulkiness. Long socks are recommended, as the nylon straps can be slightly abrasive over longer rides. The armor doesn't really cover the sides of the knees, so probably not suitable for canyons.

Good Boots

These are pretty good boots for the money. They don't provide as much protection as some other more expensive boots, but do have lots of plastic built inside to help protect ankles, etc. They fit relatively nicely, though there is only one zipper, so you can't really adjust the fit much. Waterproof is nice, but during the summer a more breathable boot is better. These are waterproof both ways, so water stays out, and stays in.

Rainsuit

I am a large man and have to put two suits together to fit. I used this one recently on a trip and am very pleased with the jacket top of the suit. Very comfortable and easy to be seen in the rain. I used the pants from another as these were too large.

Jacket

I have a 52" chest and ordered the 2xl and it fits perfectly. I have not worn it in the rain yet but the quality looks good as compared to other rain suits I have had. I like the stow away pocket and they fit in my saddle bags without taking up too much room.

Pants

Be careful on the size you order. I am 6'3" 250lbs and ordered the 2xl and the pants fit in the waist but I have to wear them above my stomach or they will be too long. I have not worn them in the rain yet but the quality looks good.

I like it

I am pleased with the AFX FX-41 DS Helmet. Although not the most expensive dual sport helmet out there it works like it should. I really like the flip down sun shade and the venting. I find the venting great for our hot summer here but with good venting comes wind noise. The advantage of the great venting makes the noise level an easy trade off. I am very pleased with my purchase!
