Wrong size, wrong color – No Problem! You may return any new, unused or unaltered item to Motorcycle Superstore within 60 days of receipt.
A refund for the price paid less any original and/or return shipping fees will be issued to the payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable. (Sorry, NO exceptions!)
To exchange an item, simply follow the steps for return and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Then place a new order on-line at www.motorcycle-superstore.com for the new item(s).
All returns must include original tags and packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box. The original Motorcycle Superstore shipping box can be used, however DO NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container.
Return shipments which do not meet all above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.
Step 1: Click Login to your access your account. .
Step 2: Enter e-mail address and order number or Login to your account and select the appropriate order. Proceed to Return Process.
Step 3: Follow the step by step process to select the item for return, receive a return authorization number and print your UPS shipment label.
Step 4: Drop off your package at an authorized UPS shipping center or drop box.
Please Note - By utilizing the printed UPS Return Shipping Label you agree to the one-time flat rate fee of $6.99 per package. This amount will be automatically deducted from the eligible refund.

Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which cover against merchandise defects. To determine if an additional warranty is available for your item simply Contact Us.
