Returns and Warranties


  Returns:

Wrong size, wrong color – No Problem! You may return any new, unused or unaltered item to Motorcycle Superstore within 60 days of receipt.

All returns must include original tags and packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box. Please note return shipping is non refundable.

Process:

Step 1: Request a return authorization number online at www.motorcycle-superstore.com/ssl/accountlogin.aspx and login or call our Customer Service department toll free at 877-668-6872.

Step 2: Select the reason for return.

Step 3: Let us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at time of order and do not include costs associated with original or return shipping and handling.

Exchanges may be requested for any current item offered on our website. Motorcycle Superstore will refund the original cost of the returned item and the exchange will be processed as a new order. Exchange orders which do not meet the criteria for free shipping will be assessed applicable shipping fees. Once the exchange has been entered Customer Service will contact you for payment.

Step 4: Include the completed return form in the shipping box along with all product tags and packaging. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may us the original Motorcycle Superstore shipping box. Do Not use the manufacturer product box as the shipping container.

Please retain your return tracking information as Motorcycle Superstore is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.

Warranty Returns:

Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which cover against merchandise defects. To determine if an additional warranty is available contact us via email or call us toll free at 877-668-6872. Please do not contact the manufacturer directly to file your claim. Merchandise, including a letter of explanation should be sent to:

Please note warranty processing may take up to 8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover items determined to be normal wear or due to customer negligence.
