Mostly good, but...

Overall pretty good but has some issues. The neck is very tall and bulky, while providing protection, it makes rotating the head difficult. The "jacket" liner was a bad idea, the collar does not stay up making the neck issue worse, and it catches on my watch. The jacket is long and tends to ride up, this pushes the smallish arm holes into the under arms. I had to get the neck Velcro fixed due to bad stitching and placement. Knowing all this, and having tried the competitors, I would still buy it.

Very surprised

I had never used a mesh jacket before but it worked great. I rode two days in Kansas at 100 plus and was very comfortable wearing a racing jersey under it. I never got hot!! On cool mornings I used the rain liner under the jacket and it cut the air going through the mesh. I never tried the thermo liner. The mesh is great for summer but I have a different rain proof shell jacket with vents for fall. Well worth the $.

Hot Weather Jacket

I can wear this in 3-5 degree hotter weather than my other mesh jacket which really helps. The only thing I don't like is the dorky cuff Velcro tabs that stick out and the Velcro sleeve adjusters. I bring a waterproof breathable shell to go underneath if I get cold. It's a nice jacket that is light weight.

Great Jacket

Great Jacket! I am 5' 11" 190lbs and got a large in the neon yellow. On my FJR-1300, with the liners it is good down to about 40 degrees. Without the liners it flows a ton of air. It looks great and seems even brighter in dim light conditions. The only enhancements I would like are a larger velcro patch on the sleeve, snug straps and a couple inch drop on the back to keep it below your belt on those cooler rides.

Solid MC Jacket

I tried the jacket out on a 3,500 mile ride to the Canadian border. It was comfortable, cool when the weather was warm, and dry with the liner zipped in. I had concerns with the internal liner approach, thinking that the jacket would become saturated and heavy. My last day included 5 hours of rain - stayed dry, and didn't notice any soggy outer jacket problems. Happy with the product and the cost vs. benefit value. Plan to try the pants.

sometimes you get what you pay for

In cold weather this jacket works real well great adjustable fit. The real test will come next summer when the temps get near 100F and I will test the very innovative venting system.
