Spidi XPD X-Zero Shoes The XPD X-Zero is unabashedly a motorcycle shoe. The shape, construction and style all scream sport bikes. This isn't a bad thing however as the design backs up its outward c...

Lightweight, good ventilation, and decent protection

I was looking for a lightweight motorcycle shoe with decent protection and a good ventilation. The X-Zero seems to fit the bill. They are stylish, very lightweight and comfortable, and the protection features you could expect from a short shoe are there. Ankle protection on both sides, reinforce toe and heel boxes, and a rigid sole. The tongue has a pocket to tuck in the laces, which is nice, although perhaps a bit short of ideal. The best feature is the air flow. I like the style and colors. On sale, these are an easy pick.

Nice boots

I've only ridden with them once. Size was a little wide but I attribute that to aerodynamically shaped feet, not the boot. Length was perfect. Nice looking boots, comfortable. For mid priced boots, I would definitely recommend them.

Great Boot!!!

I have been looking for something like this boot for over a year. Very comfortable while riding, easy to put on/take off, light, comfortable to walk in and good protection. Good shifter/brake "feel". I love the front buckle/cinch combined with side zipper/Velcro. Very secure feel to the boot. Size runs true, maybe even a bit large compared to most euro boots. Not cheap but worth it compared to the many other boots I tried (and THANKS to Motorcycle Superstore for accepting all my returns!). I finally found the boots I am going to keep.

Great all purpose boot

I've had this boot for 2 years now and they are holding up well. I ride primarily as a commuter- 40 miles each way to work of highway riding and these boots work well for this. Definitely comfortable and warm. Obviously this is not a boot you can keep on all day at work so you'll need work shoes to change in to. My next boot will be similar to this but I would go with something taller that will provide more shin protection.

Spidi X2 Out Boot

Only worn twice now but rode and walked quite a bit in them and very comfortable for both. Good looking too. Haven't ridden in the rain with them to know how water proof/resistant they are.

Mush

These boots seam cheap. Flimsy mesh on top part of boot. After cinching up the laces they still felt sloppy on my foot. For a boot over $150 I expect better quality and fit. It's suppose to be a MOTORCYCLE/SPORT BIKE boot. I returned them and got some Joe Rocket boots, they had leather and felt good for fit and quality. The Joe Rockets where also $35 cheaper.
