New filter after my original fell apart when I went to clean it. The bike has sat for about 10years. After the new filter, a plug and a good carb clean...she ran like before.
I'll re-review each time I clean it.
I have about 15 of these now, I'm lazy and don't like cleaning filters, when I get 20 I will clean them all, oil them and store them in ziplock bags, then I have 20 filter changes again with no cleaning involved, never had a problem with them, only use no toil products with these filters or they may come apart .
The greatest air filter oil ever. I used to use the spray on oil. Goes on good and works good, but is a pain in the butt when it's time to clean. Alcohol doesn't get it clean. Gas works but then you have that dirty gas to deal with and it breaks your filter down. No Toil is not harmful for your filter and cleans out super well in the sink with the cleaner. I put my oil in a spray bottle for easier application. I think it's a little pricey but worth it.
I really like No Toil products- the bio friendly product is great. You wash it in your sink with no harmful chemicals or gas. Your filter comes out cleaner than ever. It is to be used with the No Toil cleaner and air filter oil. It is kinda expensive but for me it's worth not having to deal with cleaning my filter with gas.
