The Rotor polished stainless finish looked great and the fit was perfect. Time will tell how well it holds up. I'm happy so far, I've recommended this to friends.

Quality was great, but they are a little pricey

It's very well made and looks great but it didn't fit my bike. It has a stud protruding from the bottom for mounting but my bike has a stud protruding from the top of my blinker. And the studs are different sizes/threads. I called customer svc and they were very knowledgeable about what I was saying but they said their info states that it will fit. I modified the new one by removing the stud (using a socket and a hammer)and it now fits/looks great.

The 1984 ½ and 1985 are the same motorcycle and they are the bastard children of Sportsters when it comes to forward controls. As far as I know the only manufacturer of forward controls for the ’84 ½ and ‘85 is Daniel Boone and the reviews I’ve read describe them as flimsy. I’ve been wanting to put forward controls on this ’84 ½ Ironhead of mine for the 20+ years that I’ve owned it but I didn’t want to spend $300 or more on something I couldn’t use. I finally did purchase the Bikers Choice forward controls for the 1986 to 2003 forward controls because the motor mounts for the ‘84 ½ and ‘85 are interchangeable with the 1986 so I figured I could make it work. I’m very happy to say that they work great. There is an issue with the clearance at the forward exhaust but even a half decent “wrench” should be able to make these forward controls work on their 1984/85 Ironhead.

I can't really give you a review. After several phone calls and you speaking with "experts" from the supplier of the rotors I determined through a local dealer that my year Harley needed a special rotor. You could not figure that out. The Rotor you sent was wrong but you kept on saying it was correct.
