Decent buy, but note the issues

The fit & finish are just fine, very flexible, minimal arch support. The tread is minimal & unusual and I worry about traction & tread durability. Breathability is also a concern; feet seem to stay a little damper. The biggest disappointment is the included stand-alone velcro toe protector, a shift protector should be integral to the left boot toe.

Great boot - just too narrow

I spent about a week riding with Graham Jarvis last October. He wore the TCX boots and really liked them. I bought these boots basically because he recommended them. They really looked like great boots at a great price, when I got them I was really excited and the boots looked great - however.... they were way too narrow for my feet. I read that in a couple of reviews, but I have a narrow foot anyway - when I buy athletic shoes, I always have to lace them up tight because my foot seems to be more narrow than most. However that was not the case with these boots. They are definitely narrow. I had to return them due to this. I could not possibly wear them. Too bad because they really looked like great boots, with really good protection. Returning was easy with MC Superstore, but there was a return charge. Only 6.99. However unless I already know the exact size and fit of a particular piece of gear, I probably would not buy on-line again. Everything else went smoothly with the return.

the most comfortable riding shoes

I was so confused when I looked at the size chart and had no clue whether I should trust the EUR size or the US size as either one was completely wrong. Since the shoe is an Italian model I figured I would trust the EUR size and selected EUR 39 (which is my shoe size in Switzerland) and ignored the US size which would be US 8 women for my 25,5cm feet. I am so glad I did order according to the EUR size as this is the correct size for me. Had I ordered a US 8 I would have been swimming in my shoes. Very impressed about the comfort for walking in town with these shoes and best of all, they do not look like motorcycle boots :) Excellent purchase !

Great when you want to be "wearing sneakers".

These boots are great when paired with kevlar jeans and a good leather jacket. As might be obvious, I use them with my cruiser when I want to "look the part." They aren't as protective as my Sidi ST Air boots, but they are infinitely more protective than actual sneakers. Fit is great. The gusseted tongue makes them a tad hard to put on, but otherwise they're great.

Great Riding Shoe

Fit of the shoe is good. I am a size 10 and that fits well. Shoe is very stylish along the lines with the current trend of riding shoes. I was a little concerned that the shifter would damage or create some discoloration but it has not so far. The side zips make it easy to put the shoe on and take it off. CE certification provides some protection and piece of mind.
