Im in Canada, shipping was about 3 weeks to arrive. Ive previously only worn Shoei FF helmets. The outside of this helmet is quite large and feels heavy. The liner feels plush and comfortable, but overall feels a little "cheaper" than my Shoeis. There were no directions with it so it took a fair bit of fiddling around to consistently operate the chin/visor right - I could have watched an online video for help. As another reviewer noted there are no rear vents, which I find surprising because I really only want to ride with the chin down. So I feel that would be the most important thing to change would be to add better venting. Overall I think I like it, but Ive just got it so time will tell...CHEERS

I am currently loving this helmet. The drop down visor and breath guard are very useful for me. The helmet seems quite durable although you do have to be careful not to pull out some of the liners but it is easy to avoid. There are 2 foam pieces at the top that were digging into my head and giving me really bad headaches on longer rides. I added some soft styrofoam cutouts and it hasn't give me an issue since. The chin strap is a little bit on the chocky side but can be pushed forward with some effort. The airflow is only OK. I haven't worn it in anything over 85 degrees and it works fine but could get a bit stuffy if much hotter than that. Overall a great helmet and when price point considered, it makes it great (so long as it protects my head if I crash).

This is actually my second Eveline - I replaced the one I bought 5 years ago so I knew size XL was a good fit for me. No doubt, YMMV given peoples' heads differ in shape and all. That said, while I have a NEXX Carbon full helmet, which is among the lightest available, my day-to-day pick is my Eveline since I can ride with the chin bar flipped back (quite nice on these stultifying SoCal triple-digit summer days) and simply flip it over when I hit the freeways (or a spot of rain, should that ever happen again). Sure, it's a bit heavier than the NEXX, but the convenience and cool comfort with the chin bar in back far outweigh that issue.

So I was wearing this helmet when I was riding and hit by a car. I was thrown from my bike, hit the road hard but the helmet saved my life. The speeds were regular city speeds so nothing super fast but I was able to come away from the crash with only a minor concussion. The only comment I'll make is the face shield tore up my face upon impact with the road. Nothing a few stitches didn't fix but something to be aware of. Nothing different than any other helmet of similar design but personally I'll be using a full face from now on. It sure looks cool though.
