I'm new to riding, and after reading the other reviews for these boots, they're the first pair I've purchased. They seem well built, sturdy, and offer multiple areas of protection. I wear a 10 normally, so I ordered these in a 10, and they fit just fine. There is plenty of room to tuck pants, leggings, or thicker socks inside the boot. I usually wear my pants legs over the boots, so they aren't even too noticeable. They are pretty sleek and look good for what they are. As I bought my bike in the fall, it's been a bit on the cool side riding (60 deg) so far, and with Smartwool socks and these boots, my feet haven't gotten too cold yet.

I have needed to replace my riding gloves for quite some time now. Since I lost my last 'nice' pair I've been wearing some work gloves. I was quite apprehensive about ordering gloves online due to sizing issues but I simply couldn't find a pair I liked. Well, along comes some cold weather and I needed a jacket so I started shopping. I love Alpinestars gear. The quality is very good. These gloves have a beautiful look and are built bomber tough. While not being 'technical' gloves they offer a great deal of protection for the whole hand. I am not a skinny guy, and I don't have long elegant fingers. I bought size large and was afraid of them being to small. When I first put them on I thought they might turn my hands blue. Ok, maybe they did for a week or two. how ever I knew I could not go any longer on the fingers. Well, attack a few weeks before the gloves became my own. Now I think I may have the best gloves I have ever owned. I am an avid snow skier and have lived on mountain. I have owned many gloves for many uses. These gloves fit, well like a glove. The finish is wonderful. The look is tough yet refined. I might not want to perform surgery in these gloves but I want to go riding sometimes just to wear my gloves. I have only had them a month, so I can't truly attain to the durability, however they feel as rugged as my Alpinstar leather jacket which will last me a lifetime. I truly feel that baring the curse of the gloves these will last forever.

$439 is a chunk of change. However, for this product, it is worth it. I've had my jacket for almost two years and it is still in prime condition. You can easily wear this on a 100 degree day. At stop lights it will get pretty toasty but once you get moving the air flows right through it. On cold days, if you wear lining/layers underneath you'll be just fine. (sometimes I stuff newspapers in the inner pockets ;)) It has a zipper for pants if you're a track go-er. Overall, high quality product, would recommend to any sportbiker.

Great fit, great look, great deal. I would pay $500 for these.

Great boot, even in cold weather. Am really glad I went with the perforated/ventilated version instead of the waterproof one. However if you live in a wet climate I would avoid these.

Great looking. My leather pants fit inside the boot while riding. Stiff at first but are breaking in nicely. Velcro very secure. Great price and value.
