Item Description

Sidi Strada Evo Rain Boots

Sidi, continuously researching new technological solutions to enhance rider safety, is proud to present the Strada Evo Rain boot. With Sidi’s great style, feel, support and quality there are no finer performance off road boots in the world.

Non-Bootie Designs: Sidi boots do not incorporate inner booties into their design, and for good reason. Booties make the design larger and cumbersome; add to the boot’s thickness, which interferes with shifting, plus the inner booties retain body heat affecting the rider’s performance and comfort.

Composite Inner Sole: Resists side to side compression offering greater protection compared to the leather inner soles that our competitors use. The insole features a removable arch support and will never lose its dynamic characteristics, even after months of intense use; it is water resistant and is designed to withstand high footpeg pressures.

Replaceable Parts: Riders can change the various components to replace items that have worn or have been damaged in a crash or to make a custom colored boot to match his/her personal taste.

Lorica®: Boot's outer is fully constructed with Lorica, a composite micro fiber material created from strands less than one thousandth the thickness of silk. When injected with special resins, these fibers act like natural leather skin, but with the addition of better strength, softer texture, lighter weight and better moisture protection. Lorica is also highly resistant to abrasion - yet it still breathes - with more than three million pores per square centimeter. Easy to maintain, Lorica doesn' stain and can’t be scratched and offers, reduced weight, more flexibility and more feel than leather racing boots.

Lining: Each Strada series boot is lined throughout with lightweight perforated Teflon treated fabric in order to allow moisture to “breath” out to the Lorica outer and dry quickly with no mold build up in the long term. Additionally the inner ankle area of all Strada series boots are fully lined with Sidi’s own formula of perforated closed thousand-air cell memory foam. A totally breathable lining system.

Features:
  • Double stitched in all high stress areas
  • Fully encapsulated heel cup
  • Zipper and Velcro closure system
  • Dual compound sole
  • DuPont polymer toe shift pad
  • DuPont polymer ankle cup
  • Rain membrane to add a water resistant yet breathable barrier between the elements and the rider’s feet
  • Lorica outer construction
  • Perforated Teflon treated nylon lining
  • Composite inner sole
  • Removable arch support

Strada Evo Te-Por Boot review

Very comfortable right out of the box, subtle styling for street riding, fits my large calves without problems. I had difficulty using this with my full leather suit during track day - both the boots & the suit had shin guards which interfered with each other. The boots were able to swallow up the suit leg any way although not completely fastened. can't comment on rain use yet. Highly recommend for the street!

Sidi Strada Evo Te-Por Boots

Great fitting and great styling. Great boots for commuting and around town. Able to get off the bike and take care of business without looking like you just got off the GP circuit. I've run them in the rain a couple of times with good results. I would definitely recommend these boots for sport riders.

Sidi Strada Evo Te-Por

I was looking for a boot that would protect me and let me walk around without looking like a racer boy. A boot that was affordable and a boot company that had a reputation of quality. The Sidi boot has five stars in all areas. Plus they are lighter than my work shoes. I love them...I would recommend them to all. I would also recommend the Motorcycle-Superstore. They were fast and provided all tracking information needed.

Best boots I've had

I gave up my 10+ year-old Harley boots for these and I couldn't be happier with the decision. They fit like a glove and on my first trip; they were tested in pouring rain for 2 hours - not a drop of water inside. They also feel safe and, after the Harley boots, very light. I highly recommend them.

Incredible fit

When I purchased these boots I was not worried about the Sidi brand, I have Sidi shoes and knew the quality would be excellent. The boots did not disappoint and lived to their brand name expectation. The other thing I had in mind was their lack of vents as they are Rain boots, but in ATL 90+ temps this might be any issues. After riding around for the past couple of months, I have not felt overwhelmed by the heat, to even think about it. These boots fit like a glove, the quality is amazing, and the protection is very adequate.

great boots

They feel a little bulky at first as I am used to far lighter boots (this is Florida after all) but a few longish rides and I look less like a novice missing shifts. I find the plastic parts scuff fairly easily but that’s all right, who wants to walk around in squeaky clean new gear all the time... So far a tad bulky and stiff but kept my feet dry in Florida rain and they feel better with each ride

Strada Evo Te-Por Long Term Review

I've owned these boots for 7 years now. The only problem I have had with them is a broken zipper pull (easily fixed) this past summer. The boots are light weight and extremely comfortable, running a half size small. Order a half size larger for a good fit. I have worn these boots in extreme heat and torrential rain and my feet have never been anything but happy.

you get what you pay for!

These are great boots for the money...lightweight, easy to walk in. Ordered a half size larger and they fit like a glove right out of the box.

Great in the rain, but don't breathe

I purchased the Sidi Strada Evo Rain Boots to ride in the Pacific Northwest winter. I have narrow feet, so I ordered the size 44 euro, and they fit perfectly. After one year of ownership, I have only the following complaints: They're waterproof. They keep water out that should be kept out, but if you sweat, that stays inside, too. There's little traction on the bottom, so don't expect to have good grip when your feet aren't on the pegs. Overall, I'm very impressed, and will buy Sidi boots again.

Light Weight

Love the boots, much lighter then my steel toe work boots. Protection good enough for the occasional track day. After wearing the boots all day to break then in, I realized they need more padding for the insoles. After installing the new insoles, much better. Size is close. I would recommend rounding up. I wear 10 1/2 bought 11 and works great.

Good rain boot

Boot is well made and works well, but be warned about sizing. If you wear another Sidi sport boot and it is on the snug size, you may want to jump up to the next size for these. In my opinion they fit a little small.

Sidi Evo Rain Boots

Sidi has some of the most comfortable boots in the business. I bought these for all types of weather. The only thing I might do differently is get vented boots for the hotter weather, and if it rained heavily just get some rain covers for the vented boots. Otherwise Sidi is a great brand; just pick the boots most suited to your usage.

sidi stada evo boots

They look good, fit great, and have good protection. I think they are one of the best looking boots on the market that are not very flashy. They're a bit stiff at first and I wouldn't plan on a lot of walking in these. They feel comfortable while riding. The finish on these shows scuffs pretty easy. I can't comment on durability just yet. I give the benefit of the doubt and picked a 4 for durability. My impression so far is that I would buy these again.

Overall-Pretty Good

I wanted just one pair of boots to go through most of the seasons so I got the waterproof. These are great boots, except for the fact that they don't breathe. They perform very well and look great, but my socks come out very damp and my feet are wrinkled. I wish they could make a waterproof boot that also had some way to vent when you need it. One other word of caution is the sizing. Even though they are men’s they run narrow. I wear a size 41 in Sidi bicycle shoes so ordered 41 in the boots. The length was fine but they were just too tight in the forefoot for comfortable walking so I exchanged them for size 42. Forefoot is good but a little too much room in the heel/ankle so I replaced the insole with one that is thick in the heel and very thin in the front.

Sid Strada Rain bppts

Like the look, have high hopes that they will be as waterproof as all the other reviews indicate. I have worn them around the house and they seem to take a little while to break in. Are getting more comfortable each use. Anticipate no issues on the motorcycle though. Very light weight. Was amazed at how light they are.
