I own a Roland Sands Barfly Jacket (tobacco). I love the jacket. It's great. I have been shopping a long time for gloves to match. So I finally gave in and paid a premium price of $70 for these. Assuming that because they're the same brand, same style and same color that they would be relatively close in appearance. Well after waiting for 3 weeks for shipping overseas I am very disappointed with these. The jacket is a beautiful brown with a glossy finish and high quality. These are a drab brown with matte finish and the quality is nowhere near the jackets. I took pictures to share with this review but there is nowhere to attach them. Suffice it to say that they looked completely different in material and color when worn together. I'm not impressed. The fit and comfort were reasonable but I have weird shaped hands (large palms and shorter fingers) so it's hard to find gloves that fit well. So, I'll be returning these as soon as the website allows me to. And if you're buying these to go along with your new jacket I don't recommend it online. Go to a store and compare them in person.

I am in love with this jacket. The leather is soft and supple in all the right spots. The cut fits me like a glove. I love the zippers in the back and on the wrists. It is very warm and makes me feel like it was cut just for me. I love the pockets and the belt is an added detail that makes this a unique mc jacket. The small is true to size.

Jacket is well made with excellent appearance and wear comfort. This jacket provides the quality fit and ride ability I always look for in my riding gear. And not to mention the price of the jacket made it affordable.

I do Really like the jacket but the elbow armour is located way up the back of the arm... right about where your tricep is located. I am guessing that the location of the liner pockets (for the armour) was the issue. I have raced and crashed motorcycles for years and have all kinds of leather racing suits and street jackets but have never needed tricep padding/protection!!! I like the quality and have another RSD jacket as well (the Clash) where the elbow armour in that jacket is located perfectly... right at the elbow and forearm. So overall, the Ronin jacket is a great product, but the elbow armour is drastically miss-located!
