    Great Jacket so far!

Fits a little bigger than I had expected, but it's not too bad. The features of this jacket are great! Lots of pockets, lots of protection, and great ventilation! The day I got the jacket it was 104* here in Texas, and I wore the jacket to see how hot it would make me. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised at how well the jacket was ventilated. It was hotter than without, but it wasn't nearly as hot as I thought it would be.

    luv this jacket

I live in Canada so I have tried out all the liners. This jacket has it all. The mesh alone is so nice on a hot summer day you still have all the protection but so cool. The full sleeved thermo liner is awesome in the fall and the early riding in spring. The outer shell is wind & waterproof ... what can I say totally luv this jacket plus lots of pockets!!

    Good all season jacket

We've had the jacket for a month now. It worked pretty well in the cold and now, in the summer, we are using just the mesh shell. The only thing we noticed is with just the mesh shell, it fits kind of loose compared to having all three layers on. This allows the armor to move around.

Great for riding in whatever weather.

Thus far I have ridden in semi-cold temps with the liner in and also temps in the 80s with just the liner out. The vents seem to work well, although I would have liked to see an additional vent in the rear. My older Cortech jacket has a long vent across the rear and it makes a huge difference in airflow when front and rear are open. I have not ridden in rain yet with this jacket. I am taking a week long trip in a few days, so we will see what happen when I run into a rain cloud or two. Fit is spot on. The jacket is very comfortable and despite other reviews I read about bulkiness, I find find it to be only moderatly bulky. Given the fact that there are three jackets in one. One quirk I found so far is that I need to watch which zipper I open to take the jacket off. A few times I grabbed the wrong zipper and unzipped the mesh inside shell instead of the main zipper.

    MUCH NEEDED IN MI!

So far I've only got to use my jacket in temps between 32 and 65 degrees. As for the cold weather, I was plenty warm and when the day heated up I opened the vents and was comfortable. Haven't got the chance to try it without the outer shell but I'm sure it'll be fine. A little bulky and heavy but I'll take it over freezing.

    Flex series 2 jacket

I decided to review this jacket because of a few comments on durability. I can tell you first hand they are VERY durabile but not indistructable. I distroyed one but it saved me one hell of a lot of grief while doing it. A truck pulled out in front of me and I had to lay the bike down thank god for these jackets! They work as promised. By the way the jacket came through scuffed and torn but usable. I replaced it with an identical one....now am thinking of a diffrent color, same jacket. The first one was 3 years old when I crashed this is the third year for the second and it is just fine. Oh! yes one more thing I have ridden in several heavy down pours and have not been wet yet....with the outter panal on of course. Five is not a high enough rating!

    Love it

This is a large jacket so I had to get a small. This is the warmest jacket I have ever owned, I have been out in high 30's temps and I can't feel any cold air, incredible. The opposite end on the warm days, the mesh only is quite comfortable.

    excellent product

I am still riding November 13th with -2 mornings - toasty warm - luv the jacket and look forward to splitting it up to the mesh inner when the temperature goes up - fit is excellent - ample adjustments on arms, waist and wrists and the lined collar makes it very comfortable.

Tour Master Flex Series 2 jacket

Great jacket! Great value, too, particularly for such a versatile jacket. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into the design, and I have no doubt this jacket will function well for three seasons. The liner is heavy enough that it will definitely keep you warm on those crisp autumn mornings. The fabric, stitching, zippers, button, and Velcro all seem sturdy enough, but its durability can only be tested through use over time. The armor fits perfectly for my body, and didn’t move around. There are lots of pockets. I spent all weekend riding with my new jacket, and since the temps were in the 80s, I used just the mesh layer, which provided a lot of airflow. I haven’t tested this jacket in the rain, but the outer shell is water-resistant and not waterproof. I am 6’4” and 210 pounds, and my other jackets are a Large (Tall). However, with this jacket, I ordered an XL and I’m glad I did-the liner is bulky enough that you’ll want the extra room, particularly if you’re planning on layering clothes. There are a few cons to this jacket, but they are minor, and certainly don’t outweigh the pros. I can see where adding/removing layers on this jacket might be tedious, particularly if you’re standing on the side of the road in the rain, but overall the jacket is well-designed. As another reviewer noted, the waist doesn’t really cinch tight enough. With just the mesh layer, the interior pockets form an effective wind block, somewhat restricting the amount of air flowing through the lower front of the jacket. For the price, I highly recommend this jacket. If you buy this jacket, I believe you will be very satisfied with it.

    Tourmaster Flex 2 Jacket

The Flex 2 seems like a versatile jacket. I have not worn it in colder weather as yet, but so far it is well suited to moderate temperatures. A bit of rough stitching on the sleeves, it seems strong enough, just a bit crude. I also find, in cooler weather, the neck is a bit loose and allows a fair amount of air down your back. If you wear a roll neck sweater it is not a problem, but a regular t-shirt allows a bit of a cool breeze. Otherwise I am pleased with my purchase and for the price it is hard to beat.

Tour Master - Flex Series 2 Jacket

I like the jacket enough, but it is essentially 2 jackets 1 on top of the other which makes it pretty bulky. I like the Harley Switch back jackets better because you just unzip panels from the jacket. Putting the outer jacket back on is somewhat time consuming and cumbersome compared to the harley jackets.

Tour Master - Flex Series 2 Jacket

Best value. It is two jackets in one. Light jacket for hot weather and a waterproof jacket lined or unlined for cool or cold weather.
