Short But Sweet

Overall these have been nice gloves with a good fit, comfort, and good from warm to cooler temperatures. However, after only one week the stitching on the fabric covering the knuckles began unraveling. Now the material is only half connected and looks terrible. Additionally, the palm of the left hand has become "sticky," adhering to the cycle grip for no apparent reason. This is an inexpensive glove and I guess you "get what you pay for." I'd be surprised if they make it two months.

olympia glove

Seems like a decent glove for the money, but the size runs small. For some reason, the pattern that they use for these gloves makes for short right hand thumbs. I have had this happen before, where I had to cut out the end of the thumb to relieve the pressure. Never would break in.

As Expected

I've been wearing Olympia gloves for 15 years and have never been disappointed. These were a little tight at first but stretched out the first full day of riding. The hard knuckles rubbed a little at first but I never had to switch to the back-up gloves.

Not That Cool

I bought these for two main reasons: Trying to stay cool during the Texas summer and relieve hand cramping. They fail for both. I don't feel any air moving through them and I will have to take the ads word that they have gel in the palms. They are no help in easing hand cramping. I have a pair of leather summer gloves that are just as good or better with no gel. They are nice looking and fitting gloves but fail to do what they were purchased for.
