Face Shield

Great, reliable shield for a below average price. Hinges on the sides are a little cheap, but that is to be expected for a face shield at this price point. I use mine once or twice a week and have had no issues.

Why didn't I do this years ago?!

I tend to ride during times when the sun is either rising or setting directly in front of you. I always had to carry a pair of polarized sunglasses with me. Not a big deal really. However, I could only put on my glasses after I put on my helmet, and had to take them off before I removed the helmet. Sometimes the rubber part came off behind my ear, etc. Anyway... Been riding for 20 years almost and never wanted a smoked/ tinted shield. I finally decided to try this since I picked up a new helmet a few months ago. I should have gotten these for every helmet I ever bought. It is so nice to not have to wear my sunglasses. Field of view is better with less obstruction and it's clear with no noticeable variation in the optics. I rarely leave reviews or comments on anything. But dollar for dollar... This is some of the best money I have ever spent on riding gear. I have the light smoke one. I wear it day/ night with no real issues. I don't know about the darker shades. But I highly recommend this as an all around shield.

'tis so-so

Shield cracked/split as I was snapping it on the helmet. It fits well and blocks some bugs and wind, but is pretty flimsy.

new liner for an old bell helmet

I have an old 1973 Bell helmet 3/4 face, well, it`s really a 2/3 face, that I wheedled the Harley dealer out of when I bought a Superglide from him back in 1977. This is a helmet that actually had my head in it while sliding down the asphalt several times, it`s scarred up really cool like. But over the years, the liner rotted out and it was a little hard on my head, maybe why I`m losing hair? Anyway, whilst on your site I saw the helmet liners and ordered one for remodeling the inside of my coolest helmet. I had to trim the plastic a bit on the front, but it fit right in and now my favorite helmet is soooooo comfortable again!!!! I haven`t detected any loose hair in it, so that is a plus.
