Easy

Used on a KLR650. Power increase was nominal but fuel efficiency was increased and helped eliminate "popping" with my aftermarket Vance and Hines exhaust. Very user friendly with easy to follow instructions. You dont have to completely remove the carb for this upgrade but you really should so it can be properly cleaned at the same time.

Dynojet stage one

I have a 2009 YZ250F. I installed a complete FMF exhaust and the bike just wasn't right. After installing the Dynojet Kit my bike acted like another bike. The jet kit woke my bike up. Thanks.

I was having some decel backfire and intermittent stall when hot on my 2000 Ninja 600.Installed the stage 1 kit, WOW! It's like a new bike, pulls good in all gears, no backfire on decel. Highly recommend.

Dynojet Stage 1 Jet Kit

First off, I would like to tackle the low ratings I'm giving for 'durability' and 'cost benefit'. It has nothing to directly with the kit, but the increase in all around power and ride-ability, kinda of gives me a 'new' riding power!! Which, if gone unchecked, could only lead to having to get a new bike, hence, the durability and the cost of a new bike. :-) Kit was a lot easier to install than I thought. Super motard here comes the KiLLeR (KLR).

Carb issues solved!!

Don't listen to complainers about this kit, it doesn't come with a pilot jet because you should never swap a pilot jet on a stock motor there's no need, This kit was easy to install, my 2005 yz 250f pulls so hard my friends with 2 strokes are being left behind. Great product fast shipping!!!

Buyer Beware

If you are buying this "Kit" for a Honda XR650L be aware that dynojet FAILED to put a pilot jet in this kit. It contains two mains 160 & 165 (165 is too big for most). Talk about disappointing. Who puts on a bigger main jet and leaves the stock jet.? Had I known it didn't come with a selection of pilot and mains jets like the word kit implies, I would have spent my money on a real kit. In summary, This Kit ONLY contains two jets and they are both mains (it also has a needle and spring).

I added a K&N air filter on top of aftermarket exhaust and the carbs were factory original. I did notice a performance difference. was it worth almost 90 bucks plus install labor? eh i don't know. i still get about the same mileage.

Best buy for me

My bike was sluggish on high end and backfired when i would decelerate. With the Dynojet installed, my throttle responce is a vast improvement and i do notice a little bit more horse power, or it just may be the throttle responce. What ever the case may be, I feel that it was well worth the $85. I really enjoy the mellow sound my exhause makes, next up will be longshots.

Worked as advertised

I bought this kit for a 2011 KLR650. Stock, the bike was excessively lean, and popped on deceleration. After installing the Stage I Dynojet kit, the bike woke right up. Popping on deceleration was gone, bottom and mid-range picked up a bunch, and there seemed to be more usable power running at 65 mph. All-in-all I'm very satisified.
