Got one shift lever for my commuter bike (DR650) and one for my Honda four trax 4 wheeler. Both stock shift levers were stripped out. Both Moose shift levers installed easily and work and feel perfect. Well worth the money!

MH12 is perfect for my 2011 BMW G650GS

After reading a few places on the web that the MH12 would work on my 2011 BMW G650GS I decided to give it a try to replace my mangled stock shifter. It fit right up and works great. It's very beefy feeling compared to the original, and the hinged end is a big plus. Way better than the stock part for less money than an OEM replacement.

With boots physically bigger today, I needed a longer than stock lever without the BIG PRICE. So I got a steel one to cut and reweld a short piece adding to the length. Was able to soften the two angles on the bends and got the additional 1/2" I needed without the cut and weld. Repainted and no one will ever know.

I had the MSR before and I was really frustrated that it had unpainted, uncoated parts that immediately rusted after install. I swear my bike shifts smoother after putting this on. I have no way to explain it, but it shifts much better. It's hard to get used to a slightly different position for my foot, but I'm slowly getting used to it. I had bent my MSR pretty good and I think it was always longer after I bent it back into place. So the new Moose is shorter than I'm used to.

    Works well with boots.

Installed on 2005 KLR 650. A lot more solid feel than the stock shifter. It was a very good uprgrade for not much money.

    Good option for the KLR650

I got the one inch longer than stock lever for my 2005 KLR650. The lever is well made and it's very nice that the spring-loaded tip already has a rubber cover. Two small things: the splines don't quite align like the stock or other aftermarket levers, so it always seems to feel too high or too low. Secondly, the lever really should have a shield behind the tip so it doesn't puncture the stator cover if you drop it on the left.
