Very pleased with the product after I figured out the set up.

having started riding when wild gesticulations and shouting were the only forms of bike to bike communication, I was reluctant to go with bluetooth headsets. but a group ride in an unfamiliar country triggered the purchase. all unanimously noted that having headsets was the best idea of the trip. these units allow multiple rider connection; this is a little cumbersome, however, and takes time to learn. at times we had to settle for 3 of 4 riders connected at the same time, dropping one to add another (more than likely user error). sound is very clear; volume is quite good, even with ear plugs. install and set up is fairly quick. units are very durable. charging life is good for an average day on the road. but it fails quickly and unexpectedly when it loses charge. music and verbal texting good; mic location behind chinbar still good at fwy speeds. range was not great, but acceptable.

I bought this unit four years ago and have never looked back. It was easy enough to install in my Corpion Helmet and then my RPHA. It functions very well, connects automatically to my iPhone when I turn the unit on, and has nearly no problems that are not caused by iPhone updates. Those are usually minor. I have to replace the battery, but to get four years and thousands of hours of listening to music, audio books, and podcasts, what can one expect. Yes, you read it correctly. I have nearly 60K riding once I fought the set. Actually, I broke the wire on my battery pack and can't seem to splice it to work, so who knows how long it will last. There is little obsolescence in this set. I bought s second unit one and one half years ago for my girl friend's helmet. We ride a lot together and the communication is perfect. Once both helmets are turned on and the button pushed to connect, they connect flawlessly. The one thing that would be great is to be able to listen to music or books and still talk to each other. You can't do both with this set.

We received the product and it may have already been opened or was a return as there were parts missing. Customer service was able to send us some of the parts but not all of them. We kept the product because it was functional and already mounted in the helmets. We were going on a trip and wanted to use them. For technologically challenged people, we struggle getting our phones paired. Other than that we like being able to talk to each other. We will practice the other functions.

Kit arrived in a very nice package. Setup was easy, especially the second set. Sound quality is good on the bike, though I keep the volume pretty loud. There is a lag when initializing conversation between my wife and I, but once started it is very easy to continue. Buttons on receiver are large and conveniently placed to use even with gloves on. I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking for a communication set for their bike.

My wife and I use the Sena SMH 10 paired units. We swap the main bodies between our helmets - a great system!
