The product itself is great and looks great on my byke! The directions were a little sketchy in my opinion but it wasn't a big deal to get around that since I knew where they went anyway. A less-handy person may need help but its still worth purchasing.

Perhaps these would be good sliders if installed by experienced mechanic but if you never took your fairings off expect trouble. Instructions are very skimpy and provide just enough information for people who have installed different sliders before omitting any pictures and few important steps. Design is skimpy too with right bracket attaching to frame only with 1 bolt and it did come loose after only 10 miles in spite of me using blue Loctite as instructed. Not sure I am better off with them.

I bought these frame sliders to put on my Ninja 650 after my wife dropped the bike. Only minor scratches. The Frame Sliders look great on the bike and were easy to install. Took about 15 minutes total time. The only thing I found is that the bolts were a little long and i had to make some minor modifications. Again, easy install and looks great.

Black paint seems to chip really easily and probably won't last long. The right side slider sticks out much farther than the left side. They seem really well made except for the paint and look good with the engraved logo's.

Great frame sliders. The base feels like its chromed steel, not aluminum - good solid weight to it. The cap is also heavy and solid. Installation was a breeze. These go very well with chrome rims and other chrome accents.

I have an ‘08 CBR 1000RR, the frame sliders were not cut, the main bracket appears very strong, great design, snug strong fit, alignment was perfect, easy install. However I do have one complaint, I ordered black and the paint got chipped removing the brackets from the shrink wrap, also black paint was easily chipped/fell off the base of the frame slider. It might be worth considering chrome for your application.
