  • Each system meticulously built by hand; precision MIG and TIG welded
  • All stainless steel construction with chrome-plated steel flanges
  • Muffler canister is polished aluminum with stainless steel cap
  • The end caps are riveted in place and are easy to repack by drilling out and replacing the rivets
  • Mounting is accomplished via a welded-on mounting tab
  • Muffler packing is a special high-temperature sound-absorbing fiber material (repacking should always be done with this material)
  • All designs fully tested and dyno proven to provide maximum horsepower gain throughout the entire rpm range

adam kirkpatrick pensacola,  FL AWESOME!!!!!!! The Muzzy exhaust system I purchased is just awesome! The fit is perfect, sounds radical, performs great, and most of all the price is the best price I have seen for any exhaust system for my z1000. Even the local shops could not beet the price by anything close to even the normal price for the parts and no were even close to the sale price or the delivery date which you good folks provided. I highly recommend your site to all of my biker friends. Keep up the great job!
