All I have to say is this is a great sounding exhaust, easy to install , looks great .. The carbon fiber and titanium is awesome.. watch out for haters they all say this exhaust does not sound good.. I put it on my 2009 CBR600RR and it is loud. Oh yeah don't install the silencer

Sweet Sounds & Power
The exhaust is a perfect upgrade for my 2007 CBR600RR. The sound is perfect, but not too loud that u get a headache while riding. The only problem is that the heat shield is pretty much useless and protects absolutely nothing from the heat. Luckily the exhaust its self does not generate a lot of heat....big plus. The power increase isn’t much but it makes a big difference because it’s almost a 15 pound weight decrease from the stock muffler.

I was a little concerned when purchasing this exhaust, My last aftermarket exhaust was very loud, annoying loud. This can is exactly what I wanted. Nice clean look, you can now hear my bike and it's not obnoxious. Price is great and very easy to install. It came with a "silencer" and I haven't felt the need to use it yet. I'm very satisfied with this item.

Affordable upgrade
Not everyone can afford an Akropovic full exhaust system. The Yoshimura RS-5 carbon fiber slip on is a great product at an affordable price from Motorcycle Superstore. The muffler saved a ton of weight, enhanced the performance, and it sounded so much better. I definitely recommend this upgrade as an alternative to overpriced aftermarket parts!

The best thing I could have done to my bike! It looks good, sounds good, and fits perfect. No complaints here. I highly recommend adding a K&N High Performance filter It really makes a difference in the performance. You won't regret it!

Sound great on my CBR600rr. Loud at first but when it breaks in it mellows down a little. Also good for cars to hear you on the freeway. The best part is the extra horsepower!

Great pipe with even better sound.....
This is a great slip-on. I have an all black 07 1000rr and when I wanted a pipe this is the only one that came to mind. Install wasn't bad at all except where the pipe clamps on it crimps a little. The power was also instant. When I pulled out for the first time, the tire came right off the ground in 1st and 2nd. Anyone who wants a great look and performance should get this pipe.

This is my favorite upgrade on my bike, I love it. The installation was easy it took about an hour just simple bolt on bolt off. When I first turned it on the sound brought a tear to my eye a very nice deep sound people know when I am coming now. I have the carbon fiber exhaust and it’s the perfect look for my red/black Honda. I’m Very satisfied with this.

Awesome exhaust, very easy to install. Doesn’t use the factory heat shield but what is supplied works. Very nice deep tone at idle but sounds great under a load. Definitely recommend.

05" cbr 600rr
I got this muffler and installed it that night it fits perfectly and sounds awesome much better than the stock muffler, don't put in the silencer - sounds prefect without it not too loud but not too quiet. Also purrs at idle, it took about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs install time. The only down side to the install was the heat foil they give to put on the underside of the tail, you need a thicker layer to stop the heat from going through your seat besides that no other problems. Recommend a comp werks eliminator kit with it… looks so much cleaner.

I put This slip on my 08 CBR600RR and it looks and sounds great. It’s nice and loud but not annoying. Installation was pretty easy. I wish I would have known that this product didn't need a new gasket cause I spent $20 on one that I couldn't return. I was happy to see that there was heat tape already in the package and even a cut out sheet to.

Love the sound!!! Install is a joke, super easy!! Takes about an hour and a half or so!?? Kinda wish I would have got the full set.

Oh my goodness. I felt like a new man after riding with this new pipe. Its so powerful n mean sounding. Not annoying. I might need to wear earplugs though. Don’t know how installation was because i just took it in, but it took them a lil over a hour to install. worth every penny

Sounds So Sick!!
I love this muffler! Bike sounds so sick and powerful on my 07 CBR1000RR. It is a deep and powerful type of sound. My bike sounds like i'm always ready to race just pulling out the garage. Not to loud to annoying but just loud enough for the soccer moms to hear me coming. Easy install for me also.

This slip on was definitely the one I was looking for. you get the nice sound and looks for the cheapest price around the only thing that sucked was having to take apart my whole tail piece to get the can to fit right.
