Perfect for R6
Bought the carbon fiber finish for my 2005 R6. GREAT SOUND! Has a deep sound with a great tone. Everyone tells me how much they love the sound. Install was a breeze, fits just right. Great looking, much lighter than the stock can. Increased mid end and high end power, no need to retune either.

Got this for my 01 gsxr, to replace the stock exhaust. It sounds great (unsolicited opinion from someone watching me go down the front straight). Should give me at least a few horsepower with my PC-III when I get it dyno'd.

Excellent Performance, No Tuning Needed
Mounted on my 2005 R6. I chose the carbon fiber finish because my bike is black- looks great! The carbon fiber is of excellent quality. The slip on kit for my bike came with a polished midpipe attached which also adds a lot to the bike's appearance. The sound is second to none. It gives the bike a deep tone and you can really hear it coming. It is definitely lighter than stock and puts out more power. True slip on- installed in 15 minutes. Finally, I once had a really small glass pack on the bike but it leaned it out to much and would idle rough. That is not the case with the RS-3. It mounted with no retuning of the EFI needed and the bike idles as well as it does with the stock muffler. NOTE: Yoshimura officially claims this exhaust is for "closed course competition use only," but we've all seen many of them on the street.

Great Exhaust!
I love the sound of this pipe! The install would have been easy if I wasn't stupid and didn't cross thread the thing. Be careful as it is aluminum and easy to cross thread. The pipe fits perfect and has a slight lean in towards the rear tire instead of straight out like the stock pipe (this IS part of the design, not a flaw). The hanger included works great as well and is very sturdy. The pipe sounds pretty close to stock with the included decibel eater installed. I prefer the sound of this pipe without the decibel eater. It really does sound great, very happy with the design, look and sound of this exhaust. Again be careful as the supplied screws are steal and the exhaust is aluminum and is easy to strip. You should be able to thread the screws in all the way by hand. Do that BEFORE you touch a wrench to it and you'll be fine. Great inexpensive exhaust!

I recently installed yoshimura RS-3 race dual slip on exhaust on a 2009 hayabusa, the RS-3 pipes were installed in about 30 minutes, noticed a bit more power and they sound a lot better than stock

Exhaust made tone way more aggressive. After a month of use I noticed back fire the last two times that I started the bike and noticed the three mounting bolts to stock midpipe were vibrating loose. I was too late on one of them as it’s gone; the other was about 75% loose while the third bolt would not even tighten again. ...???

Yoshimura RS-3 Slip On Exhaust
I am happy with the fit and installation time was very minimal. I have a 2007 Suzuki Bandit 1250 with the original huge exhaust and it ran very quiet. This improved the looks tremendously and the sound is great, now I can be seen looking good and heard at the same time. I did install a power commander with this also.

You couldn't get a better price on a brand name exhaust anywhere!! Build quality is excellent. I had em on my 04 RC51 in 25 min. They sound great and I'm not using the silencers. I can't tell any power increase, but I noticed she's running a little lean cause it's popping off throttle. My Cobra FI2000R should be here today to correct that. I couldn't be happier with my service from motorcycle superstore!!

The pipe is great for the money. It gives my gixxer a better throttle response it’s a little louder than the oem and gives a noticeable jolt in horsepower. I didn't know it was going to be longer than the oem pipe though, but oh well.

This is a good standard exhaust for anybody who wants a more aggressive tone, a little extra hp and that aftermarket look. It's nice that tuning isn't required after the install, but as such the next step is to get full exhaust.

Loud with good performance gains on my 2004 Kawasaki 636 but has anyone else had any problems with a backfire? I have a power commander and still backfires.? Sounds good when it’s not popping.

2001 bandit 1200 rs3 carbon
This is a great slip on, looks great on my black 1200. Fitment was a pain at the header collector. I had to cut the exhaust donut in order for the mid pipe to slide into the header far enough for the mounting bolt to line up. use a cut off wheel to make a length wise cut, this will allow the gasket to stretch out around the mid pipe, use the original as practice before wrecking a new $35.00 gasket. Other than that it sounds great and is a little lighter than stock.

Carbon Fiber RS3 - 2006 ZZR600
Sounds and looks great, with or without the low volume insert (included). The carbon fiber is a lot cooler to the touch after a ride. I can touch the can right after riding without burning myself. It is said that you should not run these at high temps (dyno runs etc.) as it can damage the packing, so I don't know about the durability. Cost is not bad, but I think all exhausts are overpriced...but hey, what are you going to do right lol. Overall, in my opinion this is well worth it.

I have a 2001 sv650s,and this exhaust really makes a big differnce in looks and sound.Instructions are so easy a dee-dee can put it on.Cut old exhaust with hacksaw,all together about 20 mins.Good looking out YOSHI!!!!!

Yosh RS-3 slip on
The install instructions were clear, and concise. I used a sawzall to cut the stock pipe, and that took about thirty seconds. The Yosh pipe slipped on perfectly, and fit like a glove. I have a 2000 SV 650 Suzuki, that frankly, sounded like a duck farting underwater. The Yosh slip on gave it a deeper, healthy rumble at idle, and a sweet “roar” at speed! I did find however, that on cold Colorado days, it was best to leave the baffle in, as the bike runs much better that way. It tends to stumble, and hesitate, in cold air, even after the motor is warm, as long as it is breathing cold air. The baffle totally eliminates that, and makes my neighbors a bit happier, although it still sounds great!

Pipe had a little issue with the support strap (had to oblong holes). Otherwise the pipe looks and sounds great.
The ability to remove the baffle tube is a big plus in my book. If you want to go for a peaceful ride it sounds nice but when you want that aggressive bark just remove the 2 screws on the end and that’s it.

Yoshi RS-3 Race Slip-On Exhaust
The quality is excellent, very easy to install, and most of all, the sound is really good. I prefer to have the low volume insert, brings down the strong rumble that may be too much for some. Mid-range power around 5000-7000RPM feels slightly better than stock on my 07-R6S, and no annoying back-firing during hard down-shifting, which I was originally expecting. Shipment from Motorcycle Superstore was very good, with the original Yoshimura box placed within a separate shipment box. Motorcycle Superstore has handled my order very quickly, with shipment tracking that always boosts the excitement of the whole purchase experience.

This exhaust gives the RC51 a sound like none other. I recommend this exhaust for the RC51. They give the bike a totally different sound when compared to the stock exhaust. It's a very deep sound and rumbles at idle and sounds even better when the revs climb. Assemble of the pipes is pretty easy and straight-forward. Everything fit like it should for the RC51. For the money, this is the best exhaust you can buy!

Just as I had hoped it would be
The exhaust arrived promptly and just as described. Installation was a breeze, just pulled off stock can and slipped on the new RS-3, tightened a few bolts and I was done. Maybe took 15 minutes including wipe down of new can to remove finger prints before I started the bike up. Sounds wonderful, not the obnoxious loud pipe that you see a lot of kids riding around with. I can just barely hear it over the wind-noise at cruising speed.

Great sound and easy install
Install was easy, Yoshi makes quality pipes great to look at, especially from behind the bike, it looks sweet. Sounds deep, mellow and loud, turns some heads. Cost is high compared to the value of most 250s. But if it makes riding more fun its all good.
