Aaron Hart Seymour,  IN Good direct replacement I bought this and the matching clutch lever to replace the original units after I managed to break the tips off of both. The finish doesn't really look that much like carbon fiber, but it's a perfect replacement in terms of fit and function. Although not shown in the photo, the lever included a reach adjuster, just like the stock lever. Installation took less than ten minutes.
