Aaron Hart Seymour,  IN Good direct replacement Bought this and the matching brake lever to replace the stock units because I managed to break the tips off of both. I was a little disappointed with the finish, which doesn't really look that much like carbon fiber but I have no complaints about the fit and function. Some instructions would have been nice, but I suppose they're not really necessary. Even without them I managed to install the lever in less than ten minutes. After a few months of use I've had zero problems.
