one of the best
It has better performance than the MAXXIS I had before, when I ride in the Florida weather. I would only buy this tire, from now on, for my Busa.

Michelin tires give you a different bike than you had...
When I purchased my R6, it had a pilot front tire, but an off brand rear. The bike always felt a little off as far as grip, so I never pushed it. When I replaced the rear, I matched it to the front pilot, and bought a pilot rear. I was going to purchase a different brand, but I've been told on numerous occasions from other riders, Michelin's are the top dog, no matter if they are on bikes, cars, trucks, whatever. So, I figured heck, give it a shot, they only cost a little more than the cheap stuff. WOW....I've ridden friends bikes with brand new tires off the showroom floor, and they don't handle or grip like mine does now. The bike grips like no other, and feels completely at home on curves that are way too tight at speeds that are way too fast (126+). I've been riding street bikes for awhile, and I will never own another without michelins. And my tires are only the pilots...I can't imagine how the really expensive michelins feel. I've only ridden the bike in one rainstorm, but I felt really comfortable, still had good grip. I highly recommend them. Good tires.

michelin pilot rear tire
After only buying bf,s for so long this tire makes them and me sick. This is a far more aggressive tire for sticking corners, and doing some tricks on my 1000 hurricane, I will purchase this tire again and have told my friends about this. We ride together as a group buy about 25 sets a year. I was the first to try these and I love them. cant rate the wet traction or tread life yet as we have had no rain but the first 800 miles look good and ride smooth, I can almost lay my bike down in a corner and it sticks without problems. The only problem I have is I cannot do any more burnouts, making these last a little longer, lol my boyfriend is about due for a rear and he said he will most certainly buy this brand.

Great tire for me. I've gone a couple hundred miles and not even a hint of a flat spot so far. Plenty of traction in the twisties for my skill level (average). I gave it a middle rating for wet traction because I've never driven on a wet road so far. My front tire is a different make but it was no problem, perfectly stable. Would never recommend for the track but that should be obvious. Good street tire, looks unique...good buy. Shipped to Wisconsin from Oregon in 5 days with the free shipping.

Great tire. Got 11,000 miles out of the last one. Saved enough buying the tire from Motorcycle Superstore to pay for mounting and balancing.

I just got the tires the day before I rode from NYC to Ocean City MD. The tires were smooth and gripped well. I also this past weekend rode during the rain here in NYC and they just about gripped as well when it was dry. I was doing about 70 on the Major Deegan, to my surprise no slip at all. Nice tires recommend by another member of my bike club.

Michelin Pilot Road review
This is the best wearing and all around rear tire I have had. I am an easy rider and got 18000 miles on the OE one that came on my Suzuki SV-1000.
