Exceptional, Here is why.
This tire goes above and beyond what your bike can do, at least within sanity. The price is steep, but for its track like performance and compared to other places can easily be 2x the price. My local shop was $330.00 (rear) + Install. I researched for 3 months before I bought my first pair, and I now have went through 3 sets (over 30k and two bikes) and as long as they are in existence, I will use these tires. I rate these 10/10. The competition is wide, but hardly comparable. These are warm in about 2 minutes at 50 degrees f. Super sticky, hardly skid, in fact these tires alone have prevented me from becoming a stain on a bumper. The Diablo's are good, but I don’t think they corner as well as the Pilot's. The Diablo’s seem to wear a lot faster as well. I had the qualifiers on for a bit on my other bike and rode for 3k miles and then switched to the Pilots and wow, the difference, ride was smoother and seem to grip right out of the box. I generally get about 8k miles, and I ride hard. I do recommend riding gently for first 100 miles or so to wear off the slick compound they have for pulling out of the mold. I know choosing tires seems like a hard decision, this tire will NOT disappoint in any area. I ride HARD around town and occasional track. Never laid over and been without these tires. Even if you are a weekend rider you can get 15k easy out of them. Do yourself a favor, invest in the best, and get pilots.

Amazing Tires
I put a set of these on my Kawasaki Z1000 and it's a whole new bike. The lean these tires allow is incredible. I feel much more confident going into corners. I haven't had to ride with them in wet weather yet, but I imagine they will be much better than my old set. I also can't speak to how long the tread life is. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

I ride an 06 GSXR 1000, and I am very. Pleased with the tires. I'm on my 4th set. They stick well in curves and handles well on wet roads. I recommend these tires to anyone who rides a sportbike.

Awesome set of wheels
I've used Michelin Pilot Powers for my 04' Hayabusa and have had nothing but outstanding performance from them. Cornering is excellent considering the heaviness of the Busa and the tires heat up right away. I've had the same set of tires for the last two years and still have good tread on both front and rear. I recommend the Pilot Powers to any rider who pushes his/her motorcycle to the limit.

A great tire...
I have a 06 Gixxer 750 and finished the stock set of tires off pretty quick. I then switch to the P.P. because I had heard and read good things about and them, and I love them. They have outstanding tread life, I ride in NorCal where the roads are crap, and so far I have gotten about 5,200 miles out of them and that’s with commuting everyday as well. I take them through the hills up here and while the traction isn’t the best, it’s better than the 014's. They also hold pretty well in the rain, I never worried too much about painted lines and oil too much, they hold a good wet line, overall an awesome tire!
