Kevin R Jackson,  NJ Great Track Day Tire I used this tire for 8 track days last season (mid pack Red/Intermediate group) plus some street riding and it never let me down. Dry traction was great from cool days early in the season, through the hot days of summer and back through the cool days of fall. I only had to use it on a wet track once and it seemed very stable.

G. Watkins Palm Coast,  FL This is the Best Tire. This is the third BT-002RS I have bought for the rear, the front is from the first set of 002s that I installed. The rear goes quicker but I am riding a 1000 so it is expected. When it comes to cornering though these stick. I trust these more than any other tire I have run. Including Pirelli Diablo Corsa.

Jameel Nicholson Plant City,  FL Replacement tires for Mich PPs I bought these tires as an upgrade from Mich PPs for track use, after reading reviews from other track stars on Gixxer.com. I have not yet used them, but I've heard that these tires exhibit excellent grip, warm-up time, cornering stability, and decent tread life. They're superior to PPs, but a step below PR3s. I don't think this is the RS compound, but rather the Street mix, so it'll probably last longer. This tire has few grooves, and so makes up in dry grip what it lacks in the wet. Excellent tire, especially at this price.

Eric Derby,  KS Nice I thought these tires were pretty good, I have a 2008 Suzuki GSX-R600 and they handled excellent. A LOT of traction, but the thing was the back lasted about 2000 miles, and for straight roads it sucks cause they just wear down. And since they are track tires only sand, gravel, dampness, or anything that is not perfect on the road is bad.

Nathan Shipman Oceanside,  CA This is the tire for all I have the 190/55 cause I love the turn in on these tires. FEEDBACK is all I can say that is why I love these tires I have already lost one bike to the pilot power 2CT cause those tires have no feedback next thing you know you are in a guard rail but the bt-002RS is an amazing tire.

Steve Sacramento,  CA BT-002 Great Compromise Between Street and Track The Bridgestone BT-002 has proven to be an excellent choice for both street and the occasional track-day. The wear rate is better than expected, and the traction level is superb. Feedback through the tire and suspension is confidence inspiring and consistent. This is my 3rd set of BT-002's and I will continue to use them in the future.

Geir Holm Katy,  TX Bridgestone Battlax BT-002 Rear Used on Ducati Monster S4RS for track days. Very good traction and predictable handling, no surprises. Wore out after only 2 days on the track, which is a little short life.
