Bought the TW42 for my F650GS, wanted a 50/50 rear, with a tighter tread pattern to reduce the wear of road riding with panniers and such. Rode 240 miles of Forest roads, dirt, double track, and deep sand on the Oregon Back country route, plus all the pavement to get there. After some 500 miles, Happy so far. The TW42 has meet my needs, and didn’t resemble the death wings that many rant about. Its a good mixed use rear. We will see about the tire life.... So far so good.
