Pirelli Diablo Rosso Front Tire
  • The new concept tire from Pirelli is called the Diablo Rosso. Instead of using multi- compounds, they use what is called EPT (Enhanced Patch Technology) to ensure a better grip and better performance on the road.
  • Based on their leading experience in the motorcycle racing world, they produced this tire for the street legal (super)sports motorcycles. Sports motorcycles have been increasing their power and torque over the last decade, and the tires need to follow this trend. Current tires are limited, hence the reason Pirelli came out with a new concept.
  • The structure design is aimed to maximize - at every lean angle and every speed - the contact patch; in terms of area, shape and pressure. This combination supports the tread to reach an unbeatable level of grip and stability. The tire structure has been designed in order to get the set synchronized into balanced behavior, with the 2 tires perfectly matched in dynamic use.
  • The patented Zero Degrees steel belt below the tread keeps the tires in the most suitable shape at all times and yet provides enough elasticity for a very progressive feedback and behavior in lean, allied to unbeatable bump absorption. With the support of the compound the zero degrees steel belt also guarantees huge braking stability.

James Betker Marion,  OH Excellent tires Just got back from a 1500 mi trip down to the Tail of the Dragon in the Smokey Mountains. The tires were great, tons of grip and quick warm up time. They did get a little squarly in the little bit of rain but that was probably mostly the oil on the roads coming up from the light moisture.

David Renton,  WA Pirelli Diablo Rosso Front Tyre I have only ridden about 100 miles on these tires, so they are just losing the mold film. However, so far they are leaps and bounds ahead of the Dunlops that came on my BKing stock. I will update my review after track day.

Felix West Carrollton,  OH Diablo Rossos I gotta say that I am more than surprised on the performance of these tires. I cannot believe the great improvement my bike got from just a tire upgrade. These are on a 97 GSX600 and I will definitely buy these tires again or refer it to my friends.

Andy LA,  CA Great tires I'm very happy, such an improvement over the stock tires (Bandit 1250s). They are so grippy and improve the handling of the bike so much. If they last as long as Pirelli says I will only use them.

jonathan sarasota,  FL Just great. The front tires have never failed me. They stick well to the road. I have never felt it slip under the pressure of hard cornering. Even under heavy breaking I have never felt it give. These are extremely good tires for a respectable price.

Mike Milian Garden City,  NY Great Compromise I switched from the Corsa III to the Rosso because the Rosso is more economical. I do not think that I have lost much traction and the performance of the tires is comparable to the corsa III. The Rosso seems to warm up faster than the Corsa III and the tread life should be better. I only have about 1500 miles on them so far, so it is hard to say if they last longer yet. I am definitely glad that I made the switch. The Rosso is more economically priced and I did not have to give up much in the way of traction in order to gain some mileage. I highly recommend them.

benjamin mendez newark,  NJ WOW these are the first pair of pirelli tire's I've bought and WOW I have never felt the control I have in cornering than with these, considering that they are narrower than your average tire's all in all never going to another tire

Timothy Hannagan Appleton,  WI Pirelli Diablo Rosso tire This is my third and they wear well and are very sticky. I run a Rosso on the front and a Diablo Strata on the rear. I love the Pirellis.
