Steve Leavenworth,  WA HiFloFiltro- Replacement air FILTER This is a replacement FILTER. When stock foam is $45, safe bet that $8 is just foam, too. Perfect fit. Obviously easy to oil and install. Sure bet over the stock $$$ item. As with all Motorcycle Superstore items, great service, great product, fabulous organization.

Nate Stansbury Park,  UT Worthless for the XR650L This filter is just the foam only. This means it does not come with an internal cage for installation. When I called for help with this I was told that a few others have the same problem and that they are still trying to figure out what to do. I was also told I couldn't return it because I had already opened it. I had to buy a whole new filter, one that came with an internal cage, from a different provider entirely. This filter should not be sold as a solution for the XR650L unless a cage is made available also.
