Product Description
  • Metzeler tubes are made of natural rubber instead of butyl. Natural rubber enables the tube to be more resistant to punctures, tears and abrasions. The elliptic shape in some of Metzeler's tubes allows them to be used in low section tubeless tires with laced wheels. All valves stems are straight metal TR-4/6 style (8mm diameter straight metal stem) unless otherwise noted.

Robert English Sandy,  UT Metzler Tube (Front and Rear) I ordered a set of Metzler ME880 tires and Metzler tubes. The tube for the rear tire I ordered was supposed to have a side facing valve. The one I received was a straight valve. This forced me to purchase another tube from the dealer so I could get my tires mounted. Since I could not mount the tube they sent me and had to purchase another tube, I can not rate the rear tube. However, I can say this cost me additional time and money I did not plan on spending so I could get my tires mounted.
