Gosh, how much money have I wasted on cheap ratchet tie-downs!? These Ancra are super nice. The ratchets are made of heavy metal that doesn't bend or contort or hang-up under use. The straps are thick and strong. The integrated soft ties are convenient too although I sometime wonder if I wouldn't be better off with separate soft ties. If these get snagged or frayed, I can't just discard them without throwing away the entire tie-down. Don't waste your money on cheap junk. These are first-class.
