Not only does it keep maps readily accessible, it can hold a spare shield, small bottle of water and anything else that you want to get out of your pockets but still be handy. Craig Cooper Andover,  KS Nice little bag I use this on a Yamaha V-max for long trips and it works very well. I really like the multiple compartments. What I was wanting was something small to carry items and the nice well protected see through top provides just that. The main pocket does not hold much but you have to remember it is not suppose to.

Vincere Velmori Paradise,  New Brunsw Nelson-Rigg Mini Magnetic Tank Bag This bag is a problem solver. It gets stuff out of my jacket and into the bag. Easy on & off. Stays put. Perfect for my SV650 w/Suburban-Type-1-Bars as it also provides a chest rest. Wouldn't want it any larger. Doesn't get in the way of "body-english". Side pockets are very convenient. Well engineered, well made. First bag I've owned. So many similar products available. For me this was the right choice in a crap-shoot! Recommended.
