Ron Kula,  HI bread and camera bag I picked the 750 because of the bottom layer feature and the reputation of Chase Harper. On an island there is not much in the way of touring, but I use my SV650 for general hauling. Groceries strap down nicely on the pillion but loaves of bread are a problem. The tank bag solves that. I carry a Canon G7 nearly all the time, looking for images and to be ready in case I run across a shot The Maui News might use. After a little practice, I can get to the camera within seconds. It's easy to take the bag -- and camera -- with me when I park the bike. I'm using the three-point attachment. The side straps don't work on the SV's bulbous tank. Can't say anything about the durability -- haven't had it long enough.

Rod Moyer Prescott,  NJ Chase Harper 750 Compac Tank Bag The Chase Harper 750 Compac Tank Bag is seemingly very well constructed with tough materials and tight seams. The two compartment openings are well hidden from rain. Popping up the expandable compartment is easy compared to some I've seen which tend to 'snarl' their gussets. I got the strap mounting model, which worked very well on my odd-shaped tank (rather high & sharp peak). On a more normal, flatter tank it should work even more perfectly.
