This is a pretty good bag. It does keep its shape when empty and has stayed in place after a number of falls in the dirt on my Suzuki 400 DRZ. I haven't really tested it's rain proofness yet. I wish it had more than the one big storage area as the side pockets are not usable except for storing the bungee cords that hold it on.

Overall a great bag
I bought this bag so I could take my laptop, lunch, papers and additional face shield to work. It has plenty of room and attaches easily. I have a fender-eliminator kit and simply hook the two rear attachment hooks together. This, along with the front hooks connected to the rear foot pegs, securely attaches the bag to the bike. It doesn't shift at all when riding. It does hang over the sides of the seat of my R6, but this doesn't create any problems.

Good Bag
It’s very spacious with a great strap down system. Nice shape keeps bag from being too bulky while still able to hold my cycle cover, locks, books, lunch and laptop comfortably. Internal cell phone pocket is very handy.
