Good Value, easy to install bag
Good Value, good price for a small-medium size bag. It has 2 end-of-bag zippered pockets and comes complete w/ rain cover. The best thing about this bag is the mounting system, can be mounted on almost any bike either facing forward or facing sideways. I mounted it on back seat of BMW R1200RT facing forward and use it for a backrest as well as place to store my Belstaff Mercury jacket w/ armor(pretty bulky) plus rain pants and pair of Draggin jeans. Has expander feature that adds 1 1/2 inches of width to each side when zippered. Quite a bargain for under $70 and looks good

It is what it says it is. Everything works OK. I wish there had been some instructions because there are two straps that I cannot figure out a use for. I cannot rate durability for a product I've had for less than a month.

Great bag for the money. ... A Little Shifting
This bag was way better quality than expected for the price. Fit very well on my Triumph T-bird Sport. It did however shift a little bit on some bumpy back roads while doing some fairly spirited riding. Not much but a little so beware. I think this would be easily solved by shortening the straps to tighten the tension. May not be a problem with a flatter seat. No scratches to my paint or chrome. I also want to say that I rode through 2 rain storms on a 700 mile trip. Everything stayed dry. The first storm without the optional cover and the second more severe storm with it. The cover did not even threaten to come off at highway speeds over 80mph. Fit 4 days worth of summertime gear with room to spare and not even using the expansions. Could easily fit a week’s worth including a sweater with the expansion if you pack smart. Superstore was great to deal with as well. No problems.

The Fieldsheer Expander Tail bag is the perfect weekend or commuter equipment bag -- it is small enough to not be cumbersome or throw your weight off but big enough to carry enough clothes/laptop, etc., for work or play. I had some difficulty with the expansion side zippers -- I expect they'll ease up when a bit more worn in. Otherwise it's sturdy and easy to operate. Attachments are pretty varied and I've easily had it on two very different size and style of bikes -- a Triumph Bonneville and Triumph Sprint. I haven't had it out in the rain, so haven't tried the rain hood yet. Till getting this bag, I've bungeed a gym on back of the bike, so this feels like traveling first class!

Great bag at a great price
Expandable, heavy duty zippers, holds more then you think. Gave it a 4 on durability only because one of the velcro straps broke. I also purchase the sport bags and they make a perfect companion.

Awesome Bag
I'm using this bag on a 2007 DRZ400s, fits great, doesn't look overly huge, but it's very large inside. If empty, I could fit my full face helmet inside. I keep my more common smaller items in the side pockets for quick access, like the shoulder strap (when I ride into work, I take my bag in with me), bug spray, lens wipes for my helmet shield, snacks for long rides, etc. And I can keep my full rain gear in the main section, along with emergency supplies like zip ties, tire puncture repair kit, a tiny electric air pump, a large rain jacket, rain pants, change of shirt, etc. I still have room to spare.

Great Product!!!
Heavy duty and well worth the money. I carry my helmet (full face & XL) and rain gear in mine with room left over for extras. This bag empty could definitely carry plenty of clothes or groceries. I left the bag on my bike with the rain cover on it for 2.5 hours in a decent rain. When I returned, the bag was bone dry. There is also plenty of protection to keep from scratching your bike and easy to take off and on. The straps are in the bottom of the bag and covered by a pad. Buy this!!!

Great Tail Bag Great Value
First use was on a 2042 mile ride and the bag worked perfect! Excellent features for storage and attaching to bike. You can pack a lot of stuff into the bag. Buy it and add it to your tools for travel.

Great bag at twice the price
I recently had to replace my worn out tailbag and elected to go with the expander bag from Fieldsheer. Size was important because it had to hold my 15" MacBook Pro for going back and forth to work. Well it holds the laptop, rainsuit, fleece, extra bungees and a whole lot more. I'll be attaching the sport saddlebags next.

Great Buy
This thing is huge!!! But it looks great on my bike. It holds form very well, is durable, and attaches to the bike with ease. I use it with the Fieldsheer Compact Saddlebags and the two have integrated connectors that make removal of the tail bag easy. I use them on my EX500 and have tried them on my son's R-6. I use them for everyday commuting and travel and I highly recommend them.

Super Bag for the Money!!
Great looking bag with TONS of storage. Perfect for my commuter. I can take tools, first-aid, work clothes, and a few groceries. The only thing I would have liked was instructions of some sort. But it wasn't too bad to figure out. Great deal!

Expandable tank bag
I love this tank bag. I have used it daily since I have received it. It works best with the addition of the Fieldsheer saddlebags. It ties to them and they are more solid as one unit. I have taken many trips with my bike lately and have had more than enough space for the essentials. Good function and value. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Great Bag
This bag is awesome. I ride an 08 GSXR 600 and I did 2500kms with this bag on the back of my bike in rain and sun. It holds good and if you use the included protectors properly it does not cause rub marks on your plastic tail section. It is a good size and a good design. The only problem I had was one of the hooks came off the bungee strap. I just slid the hook back on and tied a knot at the end of the strap which is the way it should have been manufactured in the first place. Also you could change the bungee straps if you needed to be longer or shorter which is a great option.

Excellent Tailbag
This bag works great on my 04 FZ1 and my wife's 02 SV650S. Mounts quickly and securely on its own or attached to the matching saddlebags. The rain cover works well in a short downpour or in an extended drizzle. It did leak extensively during a four hour downpour (it seemed that the water eventually soaked through the bottom of the bag). A great piece of gear. I highly recommend it.

This thing fits my bike like it was made for it. Expanding bags are always very useful, and this one's big enough to hold a compressed sleeping bag, second helmet, a week's worth of clothes, etc. Looks very nice and feels really durable. Would definitely recommend one to a friend or buy again.

I bought this bag for my '07 Triumph Bonneville. Fits the bike perfectly. Good features. Works on the seat behind me and also on the accessory luggage rack I have for longer trips. Good size for one or two night trips. I have actually used it on a plane flight to AZ. Highly recommended.

Have it on a small rack on the back of my zrx1100. I am often surprised at just how much I can get in the thing. And I have not even opened the side extensions yet. Seems to be made very well, with solid seams and zippers. The elastic straps wrap around the rack and attach to it perfectly- thing has not moved an inch since I put it on. Even at triple digit speed. (shh..)
