Cheryl Mathison Bellingham,  WA Fieldsheer - Expander Saddlebag Nice saddlebags. The rain covers are a bit tricky. I lost one within the first 5 miles as I couldn't get it tight enough to stay on. Lots of room, very sturdy, very secure on the bike.

Monte Dubuque,  IA NOT a good option There are two major problems with these bags. First, the main compartment has only zips on the outboard side on the top--in other words, the zipper is just a straight line. This makes it extremely difficult to get anything in and out of the bags--terrible design! Second, hooking these bags up is way too complicated. I had just borrowed a buddies bags that were extremely easy to get on and off the bike and bought these because they looked like they'd be similar. Big mistake!

Jim Crean Metamora,  MI Greta bags for the money Just got back from a road trip and the bags performed flawlessly. I needed to make a custom bracket in order for them to hang correctly on the sides of my Ducati Multistrada, but now that they have the support they look great. I stuffed them to the max on our trip and they show no signs of wear.

Tony Macias Spokane,  WA Very Nice Bags Bought these with a matching tailbag, and boy am I impressed. They fit my bike (1982 Honda CB750SC) pretty well and are just about the most useful motorcycle accessory I've ever used. These will hold a ton of stuff. Clothes for 10 days, a week's worth of groceries for us bachelors ;), or whatever you think you'll need. Reflective strips are nice for visibility and these are some slick-looking bags if I don't say so myself. Would definitely recommend to a buddy or buy again.

Gaby Montreal,  QC Not bad After having them for a month now and going on a 1500km road trip I can say they did the job. In violent storms there was some water in my luggage even with the rain covers on, but that was an intense 4-5hours pouring rain storm so I wasn’t surprised (trees were laying on the road. that kind of storm)...In normal conditions it should stay dry no problem. Some stitches have degraded a bit and I wouldn’t expect these saddle bags to last more then 5-6000km without requiring some repairs/reinforcements. Nice size and it can contain lots of stuff when bag is extended. Easy to put on and remove with the quick releases (In 1 minute you can put them on and off). For the price I am not disappointed.

Jason DuBray Chapel Hill,  NC Fieldsheer - Expander Saddlebag Great addition to my bike for carrying extra stuff on trips. Prior to this I either only had a backpack, or I had added the Fieldsheer Expander Tailbag. Good construction and it looks great, adding styling to the bike.

Byron fort worth,  TX moot The Expander Saddle Bags are certainly priced right. When they arrived, however, one rain cover and one neoprene scuff guard was missing. Chris at the MC Superstore was awesome. He got results quickly and called me back to follow up. Soon I received replacement pieces which were a complete set of rain covers and scuff guards! Very cool.

Gaby Drummondville,  QC Good for the price I just received and installed these saddlebags. Good size and the option to expand will be very useful. There not too small not too big. Fits ok on my Kawa Versys. I already found a place where the stitching might not hold. I’ll keep an eye on it and that's why I give it a 3 for durability. For the rest, the finish is very good and seems pretty solid. Reflective additions are great and will probably make you even more visible than without the saddle bags installed (except for reducing the visibility of the rear flashers when viewed from the side, but then again the front ones will compensate from that angle). For the price I think it's hard to find better.

Dewayne Arlington,  TX Fieldsheer - Expander Saddlebag I have a BMW K1200R, the bags fit nicely over the seat, tried to fit the bags under the seat and it didn't work out, still, they performed well on a recent trip to Arkansas-Oklahoma and held way more than I first thought they would. They seem to be made well, and the price was right, I'm very happy with them.

GL Las Vegas,  NV Super Saddle Bags I've been looking for what seems like months and settled for these saddlebags. The cost is nice, compared to many others over $225. These have plenty of straps to keep them on the bike. I would only suggest they make them so the straps holding the bags up come across the top of the bags - go all the way across the seat from the top so they aren't so droopy looking when full of stuff. Would I purchase them again? Yes.
