Warren Ruzbasan New Smyrna Beach,  FL Kuryakyn LED Battery Guage It works great, my only problem is that the black cover came off after about 3 weeks on the bike now a circuit board just hangs there I need to get a replacement. Other than that the install was a snap and it did save me when my volt pack wire came loose from the stator. All and all except for the cover falling off it is a great product.

Wayne Job Canby,  OR Kuryakyn - LED Battery Gauge I am very pleased with the product overall. The adhesive backing used to attach the "Guage" works well if the wire leads are allowed to lay straight in reference to the alignment of the unit and secured before the wires make any kind of bend. The location I chose to mount the unit requires that the wires make a bend without a space to secure the wires before the bend. Consequently the unit twists out of alignment and has to be tweeked back into alignment periodically.

russell st paul,  MN battery monitor The LEDs are really bright which is great during the day but very distracting at night. It gives you a relative indication of the battery/charging system. The light markings are off compared to actual voltage readings.

Larry Bennett Comanche,  OK Battery Guage Excellent little gauge. Appears very accurate & wonderful to have and use. It really helps a lot to know that there's always a charge in progress while you’re driving. This gauge alone provides much satisfaction and relief from just knowing that things are operating in good working order and your not gonna get stranded from a dead battery. It's the little things like this that makes your pleasure riding much nicer... Thanks.

Paul Marietta,  GA Kuryakyn - LED Battery Gauge I put one of these on my vintage 1973 Norton Commando. Works Great! Early British bikes have a very weak charging system, so I needed something. This doesn't fit the period, but it sure reassures me at least knowing what I do have for that dark ride home. I didn't think the sticky tape they provide to mount it would work for long, but so far no problems. Easily wired right inside my headlight shell. 15 minutes max. Remember, most early British bikes are positive ground, light bulbs don't care, but LED's do. Simply reverse the units' ground and hot wire, no problems mate..

Don Casto Boulder,  CO Effective and Reassuring . . .Quality? I have several of these. They are an inexpensive way to monitor the charging system on my motorcycles, particularly since the manufacturers have cut costs by providing "idiot lights" that are so dim that they cannot be seen except in dark conditions. These gauges remedy the problem. Installation is moderately easy, they are BRIGHT and for that reason only they take a little getting used to once installed. The quality is not the best in my experience.

Craig Burridge Tecumseh,  MI Kuryakyn on a Honda Reflex In early April of 2008, I developed a charging problem on my Honda Reflex which left me stranded half way to work. I lost a days pay waiting for a tow truck to come get me. Once repairs were made, I installed a voltage 2 gauge to monitor the battery, but the gauge was hard to read at night and not very dependable (needle bounced too much). I needed something that could light up and give a steady reading even at night on bumpy dark roads. I found it in this little Kuryakyn-LED Battery Gauge. The gauge itself is very small, and can be mounted anywhere you have a flat clean surface. Don't be fooled by it's size because the LEDs are very visible once the gauge is wired in properly.

Joe user so cal,  CA Help info I bought the battery gage to keep an eye on the charging rate on my bike since it doesn't have a voltmeter. It is nice and small and works fine. I put black elec tape over the light sensor because the led's are too bright. Even with the tape they are too bright. You might want to install it at an angle so as not to be a distraction.The printing on it is a little lower quality than I would like and it is not cheap but it works.
