it will work
As stated by others this is not really a universal bracket must drill it out if not using Harley turn signal. Look a little longer and you can find a better looking bracket.

Not for Honda Shadow 1100
Doesn't fit Honda Shadow 1100. Had to cut to fit lights. Looks like crap. Just a cheap piece of metal that is painted black.

necessary evil
Oversized saddlebags for my VT1100 required relocation of rear turn signals. Installation was more cumbersome than I'd hoped. Had to modify the bracket and wiring on my motorcycle to get bracket in place. Install took approximately 2 hrs but I'm happy with the results. Bracket is really a Harley specific piece and I imagine any other bike will require some modifications.

CAUTION!
This kit is Harley Davidson specific. It will only fit a Metric bike with major modification. If you're not handy with a file and mechanically inclined DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Saddleman Turn Signal Relocation Kit
The kit had to be modified to work correctly, not very good looking or sturdy however beats the $100.00 Harley Davidson version.

Universal is relative
The product itself seems fine- strong materials, no missing parts or packaging. But while billed as universal, the side bolt holes are too narrow to accommodate Kawasaki stock parts, which I need in order to pass state inspection. Detailed installation instructions are only provided for Harleys, with "metric" riders told they're on their own; however, it's not exactly a complicated piece to figure out.

Turn Signal Relocation Kit
Kit was much less expensive than OEM kit and does a nice job. A little creativity may be required with some of the hardware, but who doesn't like a challenge?
