I've used this for over a year on my GSXR1K and love it for highway trips. As sport bikers know, hand numbness is common with the leaning-forward position. The Cramp Buster really helps with that - simply resting your hand on the throttle keeps you steady. I used it without the rubber gasket. It can be turned out of the way (counter-clockwise) for city riding or curvy roads and flipped back into position for stretches of straight highway.

I chose the wide version for my Honda Shadow because the throttle grip is so wide. It fits perfectly and really takes the stress out of cruising.

Product does relieve the cramping in my hand, but the wide model does get in my way on occasion. Fit is okay, but I have noticed that I must be pushing the device outwards as I have almost lost it a couple of times-the rubber gasket is not infallible. Would certainly purchase again though.

Sooner or later you will hit this when you do not want to and crash. It has happened to 2 people that I know. I thought it was them until I bought some new glove and it hit the cramp buster as I reached for the front brake coming into a tight corner. FJR1300 accelerates fast, crashed hard, 5k damage. This is going to kill somebody, poor design. Look elsewhere for a solution.

I bought this because of the armpump/numbness I was getting & it really helps. You simply don't squeeze the throttle so hard with this which is the whole point, and now your palm pressure keeps the bike going. I thought it would take getting used to it but I took the bike out as soon as I put it on and it felt normal to me right away! I liked that this model was short and wider than others I looked at. Seemed like less chance of getting caught on clothes or gloves and get less in the way.

I put it on my V-Star, and actually the first time my hand went numb was after I put it on. So it took some manuevering and positioning to find the right spot. For me I have to have a balance between hand and palm. Just got back from 6 days and 2700 miles and I used it often and would recommend it.

I recently used this on a 2,600 mile trip and wow, it REALLY helps! It took a few tries to get it at the right angle for maximum benefit but man for the price, you can't pass this up.
